Course Curriculum Overview

It pretty much the course is good the teaching us with the basic that we can able to understand the things which they want to explain, teachers are much friendly and explain every thing very nicely. and my branch is ece which is basically core branch of electronic.

Placement Experience

5

ITER is providing good no. of placements compared to year on year basis. All the candidates who come under eligibility criteria are given equal chance to attend the campus drive, so now after attending the drive it completely depends on the inter-personal skills and communication skills of the candidate in roping a job.

College Events

4

he seventh edition of the ITER Games—the friendly sporting event for people working directly or indirectly for the ITER Project and for residents of neighbouring villages Saint Paul-lez-Durance and Vinon-sur-Verdon - will be held on Saturday 9 September 2017 in Vinon. This year’s choice of events includes cross-country running, football, mountain biking, tennis, kayaking and petanque

Fees and Financial Aid

No I don't think so there is a scholarship for only merit student and there is 1 quota of dean that the only topper can take i.e 10 pointer student can only get this scholarship of 20 or 10 % of fees

Campus Life

4

I have heared that recently lot of branches of iter we got ABET accreditation and branches like SITE and SCSE now have tie ups with Universities like MIT and Stanford and companies like NI, Schneider Electric & Microsoft which can help the research oriented students a lot. Campus Life: Brilliant, vibrant, beautiful Extra-Curricular Activities: a whole lot and just awesome Events: Right from cultural to technical to fun you get to taste everything Students: From all parts of the country and some abroad students as well. Half of them are dudes or wanna be dudes Hostels: I think ITER has the best hostels, clean, spacious. I stayed in H & J Block for 4 years so I can say they are just superb. Wardens are friendly. Mess are messed up anyways. Sports: Lot of sports opportunity like Tennis, Cricket, Badminton, TT, Football, Track events, Basketball, etc. Although I never played them and I regret now. To sum up, the best thing about ITER is that everything is very good apart from Academics in terms of personality development, exposure and overall growth from a student to a professional.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Choosing a University is also about choosing a new home. We ensure that students dwell in a healthy environment that helps them to grow and learn without any obstacle. Soa University Campus has separate hostels for boys and girls with all modern facilities and attached mess. The hostel mess serves fresh and hygienic food. You will be provided with facilities like internet, music room, common room with TV & cable facility, room for indoor games and a reading room with a collection of national/international newspapers, magazines, etc. The hostels houses have a fully equipped gym and separate courts for Volley Ball, Basket Ball, and Badminton. The concerned staff looks after the university assets and ensures that the hostel remains responsive all the time.

Alumni/Alumna

Ya they are helpful senior are much better than we think they help us in every matter and much friendly. They guide us whenever we feel that we are lost.

Exam Structure

All the candidates who are eligible for the exam according to the SAAT Exam eligibility conditions shall follow the next step of applying for the examination, which is filling and submitting the application form. Candidates have to fill the application form completely and attach the required documents and send it to the university headquarters before the last date. All the basic steps about filling the SAAT 2018 Exam application form has been provided

Admission

To get into ITER, you have to give Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT), a national level entrance test is conducted by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University every year. The test is being conducted for different programs offered in different constituent institutes/schools of the university. The test is primarily a multiple choice type written test and the standard of the test is comparable with any other national level entrance test. Short-listed candidates will be called to attend an open counseling for admission into various programmes of the university.

Faculty

3.5

Depends upon the exact person. In general there is a mix of faculty of all kinds - some who have passed out from Local or State universities but are Jewels (don't laugh at me for there is no rule which says only IITs and NITs can have so). And there are some who have studied from 'Big' institutes though very less of them suit to your way of understanding and Thinking at UG level unless you are one who is interested to learn rather than use BTech as a road to some IT job! But the regularity in classes by faculties without fail ever (ever if a faculty is absent, replacement always exists which is preplanned so you never feel the difference, except the regular teacher's face of course :D) with Attendance back system
