- Surrounding area : Dtu basically surrounded by Bawana in delhi so atmosphere outside campus is not that good
- Less hostels : Hostels our very less only outside delhi students are able to get hostels
- Mess food: this is very common but yes this is also a thing which is not likeable
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of my interest in mechanical engineering as well. Facilities are in good number and They are serious about the future of students. All the faculty are well qualified, experienced and PhD holders. Exams are not much tough and for the end sem, you can study two weeks before.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like meta, apple, google microsoft, Flipkart, swiggy comes here for intern. Twitter and sprinkler are seen as highest money giving company . Around 2 to 3 lakh money is given as intern by these companies around a period of 2 months and project work is also given.
Placement Experience
Around 400+ companies visit our campus: Only students from 6-8 semesters are eligible for this. Some of the top companies that visited are Apple, microsoft, amazon, sprinkler, Atlassian, bain, BCG etc. Highest package: 1.2 Cr (international) 64 lakhs ( domestic )Average: 15 lakhs Percentage placed: 100% of eligible and interested students placed After getting the degree I am interested in doing master's in business administration.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total annual fees are normal as other colleges but it is a little bit more here. But the placement scenario is also good as compared to the other colleges. College releases their scholarship and the government of delhi releases mcm scholarship. The placement is good here.
Campus Life
Basically, our college organises many fests including our annual cultural fest engine which is one of the largest cultural fests in North India. Apart from this we also have our annual film festival yuvaan and techfest esummit. the library is equipped with all the necessary books and facilities and is very huge in size. Classrooms are highly modified with smart boards whiteboards and comfortable benches and chairs. We also have our very huge sports complex which includes a cricket ground, football ground, lawn tennis courts, basketball courts, kabaddi courts, indoor badminton courts, indoor table tennis setup and pool tables setup. We also have many college societies clubs In short, if you have any extracurricular interest then there is a society and facilities if required for you in DTU
Admission
The admission process is very easy here. Admission is done through Jee Mains. It is a Btech 4-year course. The application can be seen on NTA and the application fee is 1300. SC and ST students are eligible for this No, the admission process is easy.
