Likes

Good campus experience we can get a good exposure because of students are from different region
Infrastructure is really great you can have everything here except a cinema theatre the campus itself a miny city with green environment.
Good faculty members, i like aman chairasya sir he use yo teach us PYTHON programming language he did really taught very good.

Dislikes

Here competition is very huge so you need to work hard, how ever who di great at studies they definitely don't have any problem
Some rules should be followed by hostel living students, so some new rule need to be initiated
Some time's we can experience partiality during examinations

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I'm passionate about software engineering. There will be definitely faculty: student ratio that will be perfect, every teacher comes and teach their subjects with no issue with the faculty: student ratio. Some faculties are doing Ph.D. and a few teachers are also IIT(titans), and all teachers cannot be good at teaching but yeah some of them teach just okay and some of them teach excellently.

Internships Opportunities

Really small roles like some projects are offered during any internship like a shark. And are offered by many companies like Amazon, Wipro, TCS, and Infosys. I don't know what you mean to ask here, but as I understood, I have made some websites, and their outcomes are its usually the same as Zomato.

Placement Experience

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies to visit in our college like ACCENTURE, AMAZON, BOSCH, TCS and Wipro, and Infosys. You can get many offers based on your specialization.

Fees and Financial Aid

For tuition fees I mean the cost to study we get scholarships based on our ranks and percentage in certain exams and hostel fees are based on which kind of room you opted for and it ranges from 60000 to 180000. They provide scholarships ships on the basis of the LPUnest exam if you reach a national level at sports if you score a great percentage in 12th grade.

Campus Life

One World and Coke Studio and DJ nights are popular annual fests, there are many numbers of Events and fiestas that happen frequently so I don't remember many names. , and comes to tech fest actually a tech fest is going on already name call Technicon in spring they conduct tech fest.

Hostel Facilities

Water facility, study table and bed, 24/7 electricity, 24/7 WIFI network, geyser, and AC if you opted, and housekeeping will be done twice every week. Meal quality can't be expected good but it's okay not bad only the menu will range from 5 to 10 items, but you have many choices to eat at stalls that are really good and quality.

Hostel Fee: INR 80000 per year

Admission

We should write the LPUnest entrance exam, and admissions are taken on the basis of the 12th percentage, JEE percentage, and 12th should and must pass to join the university, I've not availed of any reservations The process of admission is very good but you should confirm and make sure that what is your fee structure.

Likes

The infrastructure is great with state of the art labs and equipment
The library is really nice place to study
Lots of hangout spots in and around campus

Dislikes

Less opportunities for core branches as less core companies visit campus
75 percent attendance policy for classes
Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

The Scholarship benefit is good when compared to other universities the fee is also not very huge.The Infrastructure of the campus was vast and there arelots of stall to purchase food items etc
There is a big mall through which You can get necessary items .In every hostel you will have departmental stores
The faculty was highly qualified. The Placements opportunities are also good The average was offered was 5-6 LPA.The Lpu newly Launched Education Revolution is very good for students

Dislikes

The mandatory 75% attendance policy for every subject.If you not maintain you will debar from End term examinations which is not all good
The Roads are not that much good .The roads are made of parking tiles instead of Thar
The distance between hostels and main gates are nearly 1.5 -2 km which not at all good .but there e-rickshaw they charge 15 rupees per person to drop from hostel to main gate

The course cirriculum changes every year by rapid changes happening due to AI The University has also launched a new school called School of AI and emerging technologies.from this every year syllabus changesand exams pattern changes .the difficulty of exams is increasing day by day.

Inside NITJ- Beyond the Brochure

Likes

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

The environment of the college is so nice, helpful staff, AC labs for CS deptt.
Canteen and water facilities and park in both deptts
Skilled professional educators and tutors

Dislikes

Distance of travelling coz for me its too much far
Nothing as of now everything was good enough

Placement Experience:

- Limited campus opportunities were available, and most students become eligible from the final year. - The average package was around 2-5 LPA. - after my degree my plan is to improve my employability my strengthening my technical skill in my domain

Big campus and beautiful garden and environment
Aqi was soo good because plants and tree was so much

Mess food was bad but it doesn't taste that bad
If we Complaint about anything college mostly ignore it

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements and tata or Infosys companies visited and about 60 to 70 percent students were placed and my plans after getting the degree is to opt for higher studies doing mtech from iit

I like the machines that's why I choose the mechanical branch in engineering line. Noida , Gurgoan , Chandigarh , Bengluru and many other areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teaching methods.

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

Likes

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

The sports and the various facilities that they provide for relaxing
The Library that remains open till 10-11 at night for those who wish to study till late
Great mentors and very helpful teachers who are always willing to help

Dislikes

The hectic schedule and curriculum that the students have to follow.
The lack of certain facilities that would help the students improve thoer personalities
Too much strictness and restrictions with everything that someone wishes to do

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
