It is finally good college. All staff are helpful if you are wnt to know about the topics. I enjoyed in the college too much. Classroom are so neat and clean . So ac is available in the college , thats it.

Dislikes

College gym should open for more time . Library should open 24 hours . College assistants should help students in experiments .

Course Curriculum Overview

I interested in Maths. So I took maths in my 12th so I decided to give Jee main exam and then take admission in NUST. 1st semester ended too early only in 3 months. Senior Professors are good but not Ph.D. and MTech faculty. Many students failed exams. Senior faculty had completed their Ph.D. Too much pressure on students in 1st semester. Should give more time for 1st semester. Most of the teachers are good. Colleges should follow all regulations that they write in the prospectus. College is good but management is not so good. Teachers are helpful. The exam level is soo good you have to prepare for it otherwise you will fail the exam. There are CTs, mid-sem, and end-sem examinations in the college. And we have to pass in overall. And in theory, and practical exams separately. Midsem of 15 and 25 marks and end sem of 40 and 50 marks. To pass exams and soo hard but to get a good CGPA is hard.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies visit the college. Students should get at least 7 cgpa in college to sit in the placements. The college provides offline campus placements. Tasks and projects are also given to complete.

Placement Experience

The placements are so good that's why I am here. Most companies visit the campus after 3rd year. The highest package was 1.2 crore, and many of the 2021-2batchesatch was an INTERNATIONAL package. At least 7 cgpa is required to get into placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of college are too much for the middle-class family cannot afford the fees. Although many scholarships are available for the students who belong to the category. Total fees are 9 lakh 38 thousand excluding hostel fees. There are too many hostel fees.

Campus Life

NSUT fests are Moksha and resonance. Moksha is a cultural fest and the college properly does it. Resonance is a tech fest in our college. Books are available in the library. Academics are soo strict . There should be relief on the copy checked.

Admission

To take admission to NSUT. I have to jee the main entrance exam after completing the 12th class. After clearing the exam, I participated in JAC Delhi counseling to get admission to the college. JAC Delhi website is available for forms and application fees, and the date of the form is also available there. If belong to any category and you are a Delhi candidate. We can have many benefits from counselling. There should be proper information on website for the admission process.

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Likes

College has many club and societies where you can get chance to participate.
College has good amenities for BTech students.
Faculty and college managements are supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Location is bit away from metro station.
College should provide more free shuttle bus service from metro station.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

Nsut college life

Likes

You get to meet different kind students from all over the northern states
Fest and events are organized at huge scale and you get a lot of exposure
Society is culture is very strong and you get huge opportunities

Dislikes

Academic is tough, depending on the brach the curriculum can get hectic
Teachers are strict and entry in college is forbidden after 6pm
Attendance criteria is strict due to which you dont get enough time for other things

Placement Experience:

College provides huge opportunities for placement Till now we have around 400 companies who visited our college and still the placements are going on so everyone in the end gets placed Highest package is around 60lpa and the average will be around 9-10 , As i said almost every one gets placed in the end till now 70% are placed

Here in Jamia the faculty is very experienced in their fields , they make you feel Engineering and not to just read books. there teaching methods are amog the top in the nation
the curriculum not just focus on your engineering but also focuses on your personality development.
the infrastructure itself gives you the feel of oldness and the reputation of the college.

Dislikes

one bad thing is its less availability of Hostel rooms .
there is a very strict rule of 75% attendance .

Placement Experience:

Placements at Jamia Millia Islamia are not too high or too low and depend on the branch. Students can apply for placements starting from their 7th semester. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and some startups come to recruit. The average salary offered is between 7 to 8 lakhs per year, but there are not many students who get higher packages. About 40 to 60 percent of students get placed. Many students also work on getting into higher studies or look for jobs outside the campus after they finish their degree.

Things I like is 1st the cafeteria food 😂🫶🏻 it is good.../tasty
and in classroom thier were 2 AC in a room and 5-8 fans..
they have sensors lights on building and lift.. well maintained library

I don't know about the placements.. because in this college it is 1st batch of b.tech they just started to offer b.tech.. my plans after getting degree to take a job then do that.. or before that if I get internship I will do that for experience

Faculty members are very good and friendly behaviour in nature
College timing is good 09.00 AM to 06.00Pm but gap in between lecture 2 to 3 hrs
Saturday and Sunday holiday it's a very good in college life

Dislikes

College infrastructure is not good bcoz our classes in maharshi kannad bhawan
Our college not provided hostel bcoz our building is under construction

Our college is started in 2023 So there was no placement My seniors were doing internship in DRDO Google as well as multinational companies My plan is to crack gate exam in 3rd yr and UPSC ESE exam in final year

Likes

Supportive faculties in study wise and real growth support if you need it.
Labs and Syllabus are latest and up to date, so really not a problem on that. And if you do need components for yourself you can ask the college and get it easily

Dislikes

College on it's own doesn't do any Cultural events or Freshers, there's a lot of process and Headaches to get it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

I like the infrastructure of my college. College have provided us AC rooms with clean washrooms. Qualified teachers. Maintained decorum. Most important it is a government college.
Smart classes are available in every room. Cantens are available.
There are many labs for every subject either it's of EE, ECE, CSE

Dislikes

New college so there are no societies or clubs.
Fees is too high for general category students.
No facilities of hostel available in our college

I am an Electrical Engineering student. I chose this course because the demand for skilled Electrical Engineers is high leads to job security and also we can keep our options open for other fields by choosing this branch.

Sub Campus area of dseu okhla 2 campus is very small .
Canteen and food is worst not good water fasciltiy
Management a little bit and registrar rude behaviour

I recommend for diploma course to persuing from DSEU university and btech from gb pant campus only this is best campus only for bachelor of technology in computer science engineering, placement is also good for this college

Vast campus - one of the biggest campus in Delhi, great greenery , feels free to roam around
Exclusive course- among the fewest government colleges which provide chemical engineering
Less explored field- field is relatively new and evergreen, if done with perseverance, you can get great jobs

Dislikes

Long classes- a very hectic time table during the first semester
Too many Assingments- teachers give way too many Assignments
Exams start late in comparison to other government colleges

Placement Experience:

I would not suggest On Campus placement for this college as the placement cell is not very good here. However one can score a great package if they develop skills in the field of chemical engineering.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

The main reason for joining this college was proximity from my home. Another option was DTU but it had a 2 hour journey from my home whearas NSUT had 1 hour journey. Both colleges are almost same and placements are also almost same. If someone is choosing between these colleges then distance should be a major factor. 1. I applied to only 2 colleges DTU and NSUT. But I didn't choose dtu because of traveling issues, as it was 2 hours away from my house and nsut was just 15 mins away. 2.
