- I like the Open Air theatre( OAT), it is the best sport of the DTU. Clock tower is just front of it.
- I like the crowd gathered at the NESCAFE and enjoying the coffee

- Sometimes, have to walk a lot for the classes when the classroom is far.
- Canteen food is average, most of the things mentioned in the menu are not even ordered.
- Admin windows get closed after 2 pm. many student have classes till 2
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Mechanical Engineering because they have the best faculty in mechanical engineering. Professors are experienced and contributed to many big projects. almost every professor has published a paper of more than 10-15. the teaching method was also nice. for the first two years of Btech, you were taught by an assistant professor, then after, you would be taught by the main professors who are full of experience and knowledge.
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year, fees hike at my time, the first-year fee was 1.66 lacs. but for the student coming next year, the fee was 1.90lacs. there are many scholarships provided by the college. financial aid is also present. Students having less than 1lac annual income would get a 100% scholarship of the tuition fees. if you are the department topper, you would be awarded a medal and also get a scholarship. Internships and placement opportunities are also good as most of the big companies whether it is tech or core, arrive in the college.
Campus Life
As the campus is large, there are lots of things in the college that increase the beauty. every month there is some event or fest where students enjoy a lot. There are many societies in the college also. If you want to dance, then there is a group called Vibe. If you want to sing, there is a group called Madhurima. similarly there are more society that can help you in improving your personality by investing yourself in extra curricular activities.
Admission
Admission process was smooth. Admissions were based on the JEE MAIN scores and the cut-off list was released. almost 4-5 rounds were there followed by the spot round. Once u get the seat in any of the filled choices, you are required to reserve the seat and pay the half of the money to reserve seat. then the document verification process will be taken. Delhi students get advantages because of the state qouta.
