management is supportive and overall i like the college any drawback is it follows vtu curriculum so the syllabus is not current.

I wrote comedk and got 7895 rank. I opted for this college because it has good placements and secondly its name bms (a symbol you can trust).
Course Curriculum Overview
since course followed by bmsit&m is of vtu so they fully focuses on the syllabus along with it there is lots of extra seminars by industrial people and other successful people. the syllabus is completed sufficient time before exams.And they incourage for research and if ur idea is really good they will provide funds also upto 2-3 lacs.
Internships Opportunities
yes it provides internship. but not to many some companies like directti and endurance comes with good stipend. i am not sure how much because i didnt attended it.
Placement Experience
placement is very good here. if you are able to keep atleast 60% marks you are definetly placed. if u r good enough u can get upto 19-20 lacs per annum. but only 3-4 people gets this much. 10+ companies comes with salary package more than 6 lacs and almost 60-70 company visits this college. and if u r good enough they will send you to bmsce for placements also.
College Events
there are many fests major one is utsaha where full 2-3 days it is dedicated. and all the things is controlled by students so it is great opportunity to learn many things like getting sponsers and participants. 2nd one is tech transform where is is technologically based u have to present ideas and other innovative stuffs. 3 rd one is departmental fest which is organised by each department for all peoples to the organsiers are all from your department but as participant u can go to any department 4th one is kalarva where organisers are hostellites and participant can be any one.
Fee Structure And Facilities
college fee depends on from which kota you are taking admission if from comedk its approax 1.37 for me and from cet it around 40000 and management around 3.5 lacs per year. 20000 is miscallaneous hostel fee is around 1 lac per year. yes it is expensive but worth.

i have no knowledge of that if it is there but one of my friend used to pay 15000 per annum. If you want to know about this you can talk to administration
Campus Life
life is very pleasant in campus. its away from city but local market is outside college and big market is around 6km from college.and government bus is there with frequency of 10-15 min. if you want to chill out there is reserved forest behind the college. the gender ratio is 60% boys and 40% girls except mechanical. and all the labs and sports libary digital library etc are in very good condition and there are many debates in which you can take part
Hostel Facilities
hostels are very good. food quality is standard. it is not tasty like home but yes in hostel you can't expect better than this. they provide 24*7 wifi light and water. u have option of solar water heater and geasure also. there is two washing machines in each floor. the rooms are two people shared but it is very spacious.cleaning is done everyday. they have staffs for that
Alumni/Alumna
yes there is annual meet of students with alumni and if u want you can get in contact with them any time. this is really helpful because you get to know the future and their experience
Exam Structure
there are 3 internal exams of theory in each subject and one external.and for labs one internal and one external per lab. on the internals u have to write two test a day and external 1 test one day with 3 to 5 days gaps in between each subject. you need to take the internals and external very seriously because u cant cheat in exam. you will not get even a single mark without worth. so yes if you dont want to study dont join this college. but if u want to learn no doubt it is very good college
Admission
firstly i had to attend counselling where i had to select the college along with its branch, after that i went to college along with document provided by comedk and all my certificates.I had to fill up anti ragging form on bond paper.then after paying the fees i was in. whole experience was good people were very supportive
Faculty
The teachers are really good and each teacher has atleast masters degree and and many have phd also. The teachers like to stick to syllabus but if you approach them after classroom they will always be ready to help with any topic from their field. in some case if they are not sure they will take time and help you out.
