Availability of library with good books to study
There are lot of patients came to treatment
Good circumstances to feel the nature to chill

Dislikes

There is no proper hostel facility especially for Boys
There is no fest or any extra curriculum activities
There is no any sports and events to play

Course Curriculum Overview

I wish to become an Ayurvedic doctor so I prefer this course. There are Totally 60 seats in college and these 60 seats are always filled. Teaching methods are fantabulous there are no remarks in teaching. There are two months once the term exam will be conducted if we study properly we can easily pass It.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Internships Opportunities

My college had a Government hospital there so don't worry about the internship. They give such a good stipend nearly 25 thousand. We can learn more about new diseases and situations by seeing the patient.

Fees and Financial Aid

It's a government college so fees will be very less so we won't get to worry about fees. There was a scholarship available given by the government of the Ayush Ministry. Stipend around 25000 now they will provide It will increase year by year.

Campus Life

There is no fest conducted they only conduct fresher days only. There was a library with books of more than 5000 copies. Classroom well furnished with a projector. There are no sports available I'm my college. There is no club.

Admission

We have to qualify for NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Exam ). The application form will be available in the college itself and we have to pay rupees 1000 for it. No Reservations benefits are there. No, it's better.

A bad college with good faculties

Likes

70% of the faculties are very friendly and kind
College atmosphere is so positive and calm
Provides hostel facilities which has a clean atmosphere

Dislikes

Putting too much pressure on students over there academic period and internship period
They offers stipend on admission and does not provides any stipend on internship period
Demanding facilities are not provided for the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course seems very intresting even though it gives some mental stress. In my opinion syllabus should be a little more oriented And exclude the importance of slogas since it is an unnecessary things to by heart

Admission:

I got admission in this college through entrance examination CEE conducted by Kerala government. After that merit list is prepared. To be eligible for this one should at least 50% in biology and 50% in all three, Physics, chemistry and biology together. And must have completed 17 years of age.

Remarks:

Very good college with good faculty and staff. College is located near to eranakulam and is located in national highway. They have bus stand and railway station near by. And metro station also coming.

All Is Well

Remarks:

Our college is a government medical college so that so many patients are there. In this way students has improve there practical knowledge. There is negative remark also. That is the faculties are very bad as they give importance to theoratical knowledge rather than practical knowledge

In focus of the course it was very clear that ayurveda is more develop in Kerala and this college is situated in the capital . My thought was simple that there will me more patient and It will help me for practical experience. I also kept BHU, ITRA, NIA and few others college too but as my rank was 49k so I didn't get it. For admission in this college you have to crack NEET and according to counseling by AACCC you can get this college. There is 15% all india quota and 85%state quota. Get to know Ayurveda College Trivandrum

Since the admission was from neet ranks I applied for both bhms and bams. First I got admitted to government homeopathy college TVM and then during the later allotment stages I was transferred to government ayurveda College TVM. I got a rejection from kottakkal ayurveda College Malappuram cause of lack of seats there. I got admitted to government dental college Alappuzha but I opt for bams at TVM college.
