gave AIEEE, 2012 and secured 86500 rank. UPSEE had just added AIEEE in it's seat quota.I went for counseling and filled my priority of college and branch. Further, I was alloted computer science branch in Inderprastha Engineering College through a lottery system.
Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is based more on the theoretical aspects rather than the practical aspects but if you want to learn more practically you can ask the college faculty for the practical demonstration. Internships Opportunities
No the college placement cell is dumb, one must not rely on the college placement cell for securing an internship which is important to graduate and get the degree. However, some companies that come during placement season, may not be providing a full time job, but hiring interns for six months and later on converting them in permanent employees. The companies that come to my mind are AON Hewitt, Algoworks, etc. The stipend given by AON Hewitt is 15000 per month with free transport.
Placement Experience
Companies mostly participate through off campus hiring. This is one of the biggest downside of the placement cell is that they are not able to find companies for campus placement and inturn the students have to suffer and go to far away places in order to sir for placement
College Events
This is one of the good part of this college as there are variety of events that are organized in the college. This gives every student a chance to make a good learning curve. Every student is eligible to participate in these events. These festivals are encouraged in the students through certificates and cash prizes.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was quite reasonable during my batch. The fee structure for each year is different. Also student gets the chance to get student's scholarship where the Uttar Pradesh government will pay for the student college fees. Also the college gives the credit period of two months to the students who are not able to pay semester fees immediately at the starting of the semester
Fees and Financial Aid
As of now there is no such facility given by the college but the university provides the scholarship to the students who's family income is less than 2 lakh rupees per annum.

Hostel Facilities
The campus life is quite good. For those who want live and make memorable moments in the campus, this is good campus. The gender ratio is same as just about any other engineering college, also a lot depends the stream. Workshops happen regularly for those who wants to learn newer trends in the technology world. It is a peaceful place relating to the student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status. Though there have been few events in the past to torn the image of this institution, have been related to the management problems. It is better to make sure we don't break any rule to put forward our point
Alumni/Alumna
ALUMNI Alumni network are a big help. We have an alumni portal where students from all the past batches join and share their thoughts as well as jobs posted in their workplace. Also the seniors can of huge help if you want to continue an ongoing project that your seniors are pursuing currently
Exam Structure
Sessional exams are conducted two times before the university examinations. The structure of the Sessional examinations is made to make a student ready for the university examinations. The first Sessional for a semester is conducted after two months in the semester and the course curriculum is the syllabus covered till then. The remaining syllabus is covered in the second Sessional.
Faculty
The faculties mostly have theoretical knowledge with a few exceptional outstanding teachers. The thing is that if one wants to be an Engineer, he/she should be ready to face a challenging environment and understand that self learning is most important and an evolving process.
