Our College Faculty Is awesome It Provides All The Courses And Opportunities To Students, Our College Has 2000 Students, and In My Section, There Are 100 Students. This College Faculty Is One Of The Best In Kolkata, The Ambience, Canteen, Classrooms, Library Are Too Good. The Main Thing We Have Sports Arena Were We Play Different Indoor Games Like Carrom, Pool, Table Tennis, Dart Etc. The Teaching And The Staff Faculties Are Also Friendly In Nature. The Teachers Are Very Much Specialised In Their Topics And Subjects. The Term Exams Happen After Every Six Months By The Governing Body Of Calcutta University Which Is Not Very Touch To Pass It.

Dislikes

College union and few seniors are there..

Likes

The Framework is said to be great, with well equipped classroom and simply get to the libraries.
The offices at this college are great. In any case, these changes depending on the quality of the companies going by the college and the victory of the internship changes by the internship.
Understudies appreciate the campus life and flexibility to associate with others understudies. However, there are few impediments such as the division of floors between senior and junior. College life is nice and could be an inviting place for others

Dislikes

The college doesn't have lodging, and understudies must organize their settlement locally.
The college doesn't have a big field to play like any other big college

Placement Experience:

In Syamaprasad College placements and internships are given to the final year students. And the companies that offer placements are Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. The highest package goes up to 20-24 lakhs and the average package goes to 6-8 lakhs. 70-80% of students get their placement in my college. At that time I planned to get the degree and apply to a multinational company with a high salary package with company facilities.

It's been a wonderful experience until now, hope the same.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This cource future is a unique opportunity. All the teachers of our college are very friendly with students. You can share your problems at any time, and they always try to solve problems. All the teachers have a very strong background in their studies and they are well-experienced in teaching. In the classroom, they are providing a projector by which we can remember the topic for a long time. They are also providing very good quality notes so that you can score better in exams. This is a 3 year course. There are 6 semesters in one. It is difficult to pass if you do not study well.

College of this generation

Remarks:

It is my great pleasure to write for this prestigious College. Budge Budge College was established on 10th December’ 1971. Initially the college was located in a different location with few classrooms. Later it was shifted to its present position. This College was lucky to have the famous writer late Narayan Ganguly as its Founder President of the Governing Body and the founder principal was late Prof. Prithwis Dutta. The college has played its role since all these years for the development of education in the suburbs of Kolkata. The township of Budge Budge itself has its own significance in the field of culture and freedom movement of India. The College is located in the vicinity of Budge Budge Railway Station and occupies an important position in the locality. Hence to serve the students in the larger area has been possible for the College. Day by day this College has created its own aura and significance in spreading education in West Bengal particularly to the middle class & lower middle class families. Students of this College come from all spheres of society. We have large numbers of female students to take care of. Most of our students are well established in their life and playing their role as good citizens. I feel honoured to be the Principal of such a College. In the coming years I hope the College will be able to keep up its expectation. “Knowledge is power, knowledge is strength

My experience till now at Bhawanipur education society, Kolkata.

I chose this college above any other college because this is one of the best colleges of Calcutta university. And since, I'm pursuing CA course along with my BCOM Hons, the attendance criteria out here is quite lenient which will help me to focus on my CA course in a better way. The merits of this college are - 1) the attendance criteria out here is quite lenient 2) these teachers here are very helpful and supportive when it comes to doubt solving. 3) this college provides us with various co-curricular activities like sports and etc. 4) the campus placement opportunities are very high at this college. The demerits of this college are - 1) this college doesn't provide us with the societies which in turn fails at providing us the exposure needed. 2) the merit-based section division is quite a turn-off as it creates a gap between the academically good students and the average ones....Read More

Shiva sonkar's Review On The Bhawanipur Education Society College - [BESC], Kolkata

College Infrastructure. The college is highly facilitated. Each and every class out there has AC, Projectors and some may even have smart boards. The library has ample books and the issuance is convenient. There are department wise laboratories as well and all the equipments are available. WiFi is there. The canteen provides tasty snacks and food. Academics I am studying B. com here because I wanted to have an acumen for the commerce as a subject. The quality of teaching was good but the main problem is that half of the classes get cancelled due to mass bunk. Students barely attend the college here because they are busy with their professional courses. The college comes under Calcutta University....Read More
