Campus : I love the campus most. Here you can enjoy and travel like manali, kullu etc.

Dislikes

Courses : Here courses are not well planed. In first semester you have to study biotechnology that is completely useless.
Attendance : 75% attendance criteria is very bad and frustrating. No matter how bad your condition is, if you fail to get 75% criteria then you will not be allowed to give the exam.
There is no ambulance service for any emergency.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love playing games. So I want to explore this stuff. How these things work. How can we design and Develop Apps, Games, and Software So I opted for this course. Faculty: student 15: 150.Qualification: M.tec and Ph.D. Excluding 2-3 faculty, other's teaching method is very good. Exam: Cycle Test 1, Cycle Test 2, End Sem. The difficulty of passing the exam: Medium.

Class Size: 57Course Fees: INR 205000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placement starts in the 7th semester and ends at the end of the 8th semester. Amazon: 7 offers. TCS: 1 Offer (Was a pool drive). C-DOT: 11 offer Deloitte: 17 offer Jio: 25 offer. Smart Coin: 3 offer. Publicis Sapient: 8 offers. Off-campus: LinkedIn (1), Grow(2), Myfab11 (2), Quizizz (3). A total of 140 offers were made. Total Percentage: 88%.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike system in between the 4-year duration. During admission, you get a complete fee structure for 4 years. I am from Uttar Pradesh. I belong to the OBC category. So, I was not eligible for the UP Government scholarship (UP government Policy). But if you belong to GN, EWS, SC/ST then you can get a scholarship of 50,000 per year.

Campus Life

Yalgar - Sport event conducted in September. Meraki - Conducted in September. Books: Books can be issued from Library. Library time is 10 AM - 5 PM (Tentative). Sports: Here you can play every indoor and outdoor game. Club: Force (Learn new things and build).

Hostel Facilities

The rooms are good in the hostel. But these rooms are three seaters only. This may not be suitable for some students. Other than that there are no attached bathrooms. This is also a very bad thing. In the morning you have to wait in a queue. There is two mess: Veg: Not Good (Suggested by friends) Non-veg: Overall quality is good.

Hostel Fee: INR 34000 per year

Admission

Eligibility: JEE Main Exam. You can easily apply through the NTA website. URL: www.jeemain.nta.nic.in Application Fee: 750 (GN, EWS, OBC) 500 (SC/ST). Application Date: December and March. No, I did not avail myself of any reservation benefit. SC/ST students can avail to get concession in the application fee.

Likes

Infrastructure and quality of education and supportive professor for building our success career
Very supportive atmosphere for growth in any engineer branch
Very good approach towards creativity innovations and practical projects

Dislikes

Lack of auditoriium so most of gathering will be in open air theatre

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at my college are average. A few reputed companies visit the campus each year, but the number of offers and salary packages varies depending on the branch and market conditions. Students who have strong academic performance, technical skills, internships, and good communication skills generally have better chances of getting placed.

The campus really respects diversity. Students from different states and countries study together and that inclusion makes a big difference
The infrastructure and fab faculties are unmatched, for people dedicated to carrying out research, they have almost everything atvtheir disposal
Extra curricular activities make sure one is involved in multiple volunteery things rather than just academics

Dislikes

Relevant placement opportunities with good packages can be improved
The fee for courses could be regularised
Mode of exam conduction should be completely offline to ensure transparency

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in last semester. They can choose to sit in placements and select if they would like to join the company theyve been selected for. Eligible candidates do end up getting great packages

Campus is very good and nice view from college
Faculty is polite and very helpful and kind

Very less internship and placement option
Very slow wifi speen and only 1 gb per day

Course Curriculum Overview:

Updated to align with NEP-2020 guidelines starting from 2023 onward. CSE (AI & DS) branch includes modern subjects like Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud basics. Core branches (ECE, ME, EE, CE) follow standard Indian engineering frameworks with essential subjects. Syllabus similar to other govt engineering colleges under HP Tech University, so fairly up to date.

the fee structure are affordable for any one and hostel are also very cheap
they also help student to build cinfidence as many event are there so a person can loose his stage fear
the support of teacher for students is very good

Dislikes

i would say that the computer labs are not in very good conditions
the computer are not even advantageouos for aiml student
the infrastructre is not that good even no wifi facility

Placement Experience:

so as the first batch of cse ai ml is going to passout this year so there is no record of placement but hoping that their placement would be good as per teacher's expectations and also they provide intership in iit mandi

The faculty and staff are well qualified appx. all are phd .
The junior senior interaction is good .
There is good coding culture and all senior all helpful .

Dislikes

Area of college is 15 km from una city .
The curriculum us hectic in each semester it has atleast 6 subject.

Placement Experience:

My college offer above good placement . About 85-90% of the eligible student get placed with median package of 9 lakh and average of 11 lakh . Our placement incharge is Nistha Hooda. Highest placement is of 60 lakh and minimum is 4 lakh

Likes

Hostel fees is quite less despite providing many facilities.
Mess food is tasty and campus is small but clean and beautiful.
Curriculum is up-to-date. Teachers are helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

There are many unnecessary restrictions in hostel.
Sometimes you have too wait too long for food in mess.
Less events are organized and sports infrastructure is not too good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average , it totally depends on the students skills and their cgpa. From 5th sem students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, Infosys, Redhat vistited the campus and made more than 200 offers. 171+ companies visited. Highest package is 1.11cr, average is 6lpa. 70% students gets placed. Planning to go in tech related jobs in industries after getting the degree.

I like the campus, there is greenery all over the campus.
Sports and cultural clubs and the festivals
very good wifi facility in the campus. And good gender ratio in institute

Dislikes

Climate is hot during summer. But winters are appreciable
Mess food is not good that much.. but we can eat.
Sometimes in hostel there is non availability of water . In bathrooms

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it has more scope in India as India is a developing country. It also has government jobs more than other fields. We can shift to it sector this is the flexibility of this course.

Why to get IIIT UNA in 2025
