Reviewed on Oct 29, 2017(Enrolled 2013)

Remarks

It is the best college because of the faculty who always supports you and give a guidance to student for there present and future. But College should make some changes for sports ground and back yard because back yard is half is taken by the MMRDA.

Entrance Preview

There wall entrance exam called JEE which is joint entrance examination.Which we have to clear that exam first to get admission in Engineering College. So, I have appeared for jee to get admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen EXTC course which is on electronics and telecommunication. Teachers give us practical knowledge to get things easier for students.

Internships Opportunities

College provides student internship but it depends on student to take intern or not . No one forced you to do internship. But I have heard that you should have done 3 or more internship to get placed to company.

Placement Experience

Placement is taken in campus which has some criteria to get Entry for the placement which is decided by the company. From college mostly 70 to 75% student has been placed. Major companies like Accenture and Infosys. Avg. package is around 3 lakh to 3.5 lakh.

College Events

Technical events like ieee and techithone also cultural fest like rhythm and even sports week is conducted in college

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is so affordable and great because it's low has compared to other colleges 83140

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities like Robotic centre, NSS, CSI, JAVA course etc.

Exam Structure

It's kind of chill because you have confidence that you will score good marks in exam and all credit goes to faculty for there hard work

Faculty

4.5

Faculty is good and they are great at there work. They explain the concept in a small and simple way so, each and every student can understand the concept.

College campus is the most beautiful thing and is favorite among the students
College culture, the amount of events and extra curriculars offered are unbeatable.
The learning facilities are top notch, from labs to classrooms everything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have completed degree in Computer science with Al and analytics as specialization, considering that the course is very relevant and industry specific, there are often industry visits and mentor sessions to learn real time. The exams are conducted thrice every semester two exams are of 20 marks each and final is of 60 marks, the diffculty level is easy to moderate and it also varies student to student.

I loved the library and canteen of the college
College community is quite good no ragging is done
Faculties are strict but at the same time they are supportive as well

Dislikes

Small Campus not very interesting can be done on that place
Curriculum is as same as tier 3 colleges not very interesting and does not match to those of other colleges like VJTI
Placement cell is not very active they don't provide internship

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Capgemini, wipro, accenture are the top companies visited here and the highest package offered was 30lpa. As of now the placement percentage is 80% and rest go for off campus. And even I'll try to go for Off campus

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come
