Remarks

The college has huge lawn. The bad thing is travelling problem because Bmtc buses are not frequent at times... but if you are not going by bmtc, then college buses are also available..

I wrote CET exam. There will be three rounds to select our respective colleges.. I choose this course because i like spending more time with systems ..

Course Curriculum Overview

Definitely good course. U will learn different programming languages.. 80-90% was focused on practical learning.. There is no research initiatives taken by the institute.. u can opt for different branches like computer science, civil .

Internships Opportunities

College has not yet provided any internship. but we do get offers from coaching centers and they assure you 100% .. the average stipend amount Is like 15k,20k or even 30k..

Placement Experience

30-40% of students got placed.tech Mahindra n some other companies visited... Sorry i dont know the names.. Average package was from 3 to 4 lpa.

College Events

There were many events.. Few are like tattoo, mehendi, best out of waste, antakshari, quiz. Akruti fests were organized in campus. College authorities also contributed us like how to coordinate fests and volunteers were there to help them out..

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is 65000 .. And i know its a huge amount.. So its better to go for educational loan...if you are selected through cet , based on your ranking you can will have a fee structure..

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes.. College provides scholarship. And i couldn't apply for scholarship Due to some reasons... I would suggest you to apply for scholarship. the college did not help in getting loan..

Campus Life

Its superb.we get to know people's talent during extracurricular activities.. Everyone is supportive and motivate.

Hostel Facilities

I don't stay in hostel. they do have sharing rooms. They do have pg and food is not bad food is better .

Alumni/Alumna

The college provided a platform for student-alumni interaction. The interaction process went good, was helpful too.

Exam Structure

Yeah.The exams and labs frequently makes us feel tired at the end of day. But that end day we will learn about our subjects .

Faculty

some teachers are well experienced about their subjects. They explain us in detail.. They make sure that if class is interactive , we will concentrate on the topic.

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

In our college placement training will be started from first semester only ..by 5th or 6th semester we can attend the campus selection So many companies are visited namely Infosys, wipro, accenture etc 12lahk will be highest i think also i dont know exactly and average will be 3.5lakh per year 70% of the students get placed by full filling the interviewers needs Im preparing for the civil services

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.

A good college for completing engineering

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't choose this course it comes in my way though I applied for cs ec I didn't get that course as my cet ranking is high Student-faculty ratio 70:5. All faculty are well versed either they pass from IIT or nit or gold medalists in their respective colleges. To pass all know how is vtu same as other colleges which fall under vtu.
