- There are lot of classes in 2nd year which is hectic
- Most of the shops contain South Indian snacks there's less availability of North Indian snacks
- More free time should be provided to work on other skills in college
Course Curriculum Overview
Computer science is very much in demand that's why I chose this course. The faculty and student ratio would be around 1:90 Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. scholars and well-qualified in their respective fields. The exams are held timely and it's easy to pass if you have concentrated in class or gone through the topics well.
Internships Opportunities
Lots of companies visit the campus with internship opportunities including top MNCs. The stipend is also good some students also get a 1-2 lakh per month stipend. so there's a lot of opportunities u just need to grab it.
Placement Experience
6th-semester students become eligible for placements in college. There are thousands of companies visiting the campus but some major ones include Amazon, Flipkart, Dell, Microsoft, Meta, Wipro, TCS, etc. The highest package is 3cr which was cracked off-campus by one of our seniors and on campus highest package is 64 lakh and the average package is 7 lakh. 99%of the students get placed. I would definitely love to sit in placements to give it a try.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is 1,20,000 per semester but after the scholarship, it could be reduced. The scholarship ranges between 20% to 45% which could be availed by doing good in LPUNEST. Financial aid is being also provided by the university to financially weak people.
Campus Life
Unlike other universities, there's not a single fest that's being conducted in a year. There are various fests some of the grand fests include - youth vibe, Sukoon, Magnitude, etc. There's is a tech feat known as Techocean. Various sports and co-curricular activities that being organized at the university. There are many clubs and societies in the college to help students enhance their skills and talents.
Admission
The admission process is really good and very supportive at each step. From the entrance exam to reaching campus to the hostel University helps students in every step. To take admission you must give Lpunest that's Lovely Professional University's entrance exam which is compulsory to qualify for admission and avail scholarship. The university provides a good amount of scholarships to deserving candidates. Teams of students are formed to help and guide the parents and students to reach the admission office and smoothly have all processes done and successfully reach the hostel.
