A Scanner facility is also AICTE recommended regional language books (Tamil) They are many clubs in SCT to improve your skills -For communication - The English Club(TEC) ..this club will help you to improve your English communication level. -For culture and tradition - Tamil Mandram Club -"Women Empowerment Cell " is a society run exclusively by girls for girls - environmental: Tremors Club - for young and dynamic entrepreneurs: Entrepreneurship Development Cell(EDC) - other club are IQ, SCIENCE, SPORT, Sonaria Music Club while some other social activity clubs are National Service Scheme (NSS), Youth Red Cross (YRC) and we have National Cadet Corps (NCC).

Admission

For both B.E and B.Tech, all the aspirants who have scored a minimum of 50% in 10+2 with PCM or equivalent subjects are eligible to apply. 5% Relaxation to the students belonging to (SC/ST) backward classes is given as per by the government. The selection of the B.Tech (first year) students is completely done on the cut-off marks list. The college strictly follows the rules set by Anna University.

Likes

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.
