Likes

The college is giving us a certain amount of liberty which other colleges doesn"t give.
Saveetha also are consious in every student career and there will be an alumi talk every week in each department.
We can choose the time table and subjects for our comfort which is a good advantage in this college

Dislikes

Some rules are changed but they are priorly not intimated to the students.
There are more working hours even from 5 to 7 which makes the students difficult to reach their homes

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty-student ratio is 1:13 and faculties are well qualified and the curriculum is framed in such a manner that all students can learn the subjects conceptually and practically the faculties in Saveetha are very good in teaching the subjects and also moral and ethical values.

Internships Opportunities

Saveetha will provide internships for students who cannot access the companies and Saveetha help them to gain internships. Projects are done by the students in an effective manner and the faculties and students have a friendly relationship during projects and faculties also help the students based on their projects. Reviews of the project are done on time and timely.

Placement Experience

So the placements start from 3rd year which is 6th semester there are other students who will prepare for the campus interviews. In the 2021 batch there was a highest Salary Package of 34 LPA secured by an ECE Student. All students can take up the interviews based on certain criteria like no history of arrears and so on.

Fees and Financial Aid

So the fee structure is based on Anna University where the fees are fixed at a certain rate. Now there are certain fee waivers (i.e.) students who are scoring 185 cut off in 12th board exams are freely been educated and the campus jobs are also good in Saveetha.

Campus Life

Saveetha always is good in academics and also in extracurricular activities. Then many cultural events, festival events, and other technical events are been conducted in a beautiful manner so that the students from Saveetha can enjoy every bit of it. The classrooms are also very spacious.

Admission

Actually, I got into this college through TNEA Counselling based on the cut-off. There are no entrance examinations but there is a certain criterion like 60 percentage in the 12th Board so that we can get into this college in Management Quota.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
