What Students Say

Likes

Faculty and sports facilities were definitely my eye catchers as i love it too.
Labs are wonderful,Campus is well cleansed.
Fresh water at every instance, Wonderful canteens,

Dislikes

Glitches in the starting on there students app.
A bad smell comes when you passes from B-block to C-block of some machines and wastage disbursement.
Jammers in the university for some networks which sometimes hesitates the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love Robotics and AI that's why chose this. A decent amount of faculty is there for the students as about 1 mentor for each 5-10 students who'll guide throughout. IIT graduate teachers are there Very experienced and attentive. As I'm the fresher my exams are coming. will definitely come and provide a review for it very soon after my exams which is on the 3rd of November.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 149000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Galgotias University provides the best internship opportunities overall. Microsoft and Amazon working Aluminies tell in their seminars everything about the stipend and non-stipend opportunities. Yet to know as I'm the fresher too.

Fees and Financial Aid

Not a hike actually if you are coming for B-Tech You can keep in mind about 6 Lakhs for the whole course except the hostel fees. Talking about scholarships and assistance there is a Loan opportunity and help at the University and also From the Government you belong actually.

Campus Life

It's the special thing here that fests are organized every week at GU for students to refresh themselves. Many celebrities, Mentors, and Alumnies come to share their experiences of Success. So many Books are available and continuously refilling if needed. Air conditioner room, Wifi, Projector, Very Good seats. All sports facilities and programs are available. Singing, Dancing, Hacking, Student council clubs, and many in 30 numbers.

Admission

Just at the A block Below the stairs, you will see the Admission Cell beside the library. At the very front, you will see a verifier who'll check your documents, and if you don't have you can take it from him. Better that you Fill and come from Home. Your admission process would take only 30 minutes. If you are taking Reservations you can get 5% off on your fees. 10 days is the deadline to take admission after the offer letter is received. As an improvement, there should be more mentors and Guides to provide every minute detail to the newcomers.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning. The admission process was simple and east. Fill an application form and go to GCET and get everything done there that's all. No complicated thing....Read More
