Likes

being government college .high merit students get admission . Hence the batch is smart and competitive.
the college is surrounded by lot of trees and plants which makes the environment beautiful and fresh.
the lab assistents are nice and do help alot while performing the practical or if any mishap happens .

Dislikes

Few faculty will really work you hard and make you want to question your choices of choosing this college
the non-teaching staff takes alot of time to provide documents related to train pass or Bonafide certificate.
only the ground floor and ground floor labs of the college is well furnished while the upper floor and labs are in bad condition

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the bpharm course. The faculty-to-student ratio is okay but it feels less cause the same teacher is teaching you 2 subjects. All the teachers have completed their phd or are completing their PHD. they are highly qualified and have a lot of experience. the teaching method is old school and sometimes by PPT. The exams are regular and are easy to pass if you study regularly.

Fees and Financial Aid

being a government college the fees are very less than those of other colleges. It does not exceed more than 30,000 each year for a bachelor. there are various scholarships provided to students like the Israni scholarship,mahadpt, etc. Various companies choose students to pay fees. but only a few students get lucky with scholarships.

Campus Life

For Pharmacy students major events start from early December to February. Throughout the years the events occur. Plenty of books are available in the central library for the students. The infrastructure of the college is not good cause it is old. there is no AC in the classroom. Very few Fans are there. There are no such clubs in the college but there are clubs in the university.

Admission

The admission process was based on the cet exam after the 12th. Information is available on that website. There are reservation benefits available for students who come under the category. the application fee is less than 1000 rs.

My overall experience at Datta meghe college of Pharmacy has been quite good and has given me a lot of opportunities for both academic and personal development
The faculty members are generally knowledgeable and supportive. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and are approachable when students have doubt.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible in 8th semester for campus placements The companies visited are sun pharma ,mecloid And numbers of offers are great The highes package was 8 lakh per annum And the lowest was 6 lakh per annum The precentage of students getting placed is 100 % My plan is for masters

On of the best Library in our region. It provides a wide range of pharma books .
Practical clases commenced regular . All the equipment are in good conditions.
All the college staff is bright and co operative with experience

Dislikes

Extra curricular activities were not arranged regularly
Campus should be well decorated and students convience
Office staff was not co operative with students

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a pharma college it is best . It covers all the pharmaceutical aspects of teaching. Practical are performed much better than other Colleges Pharmaceutics faculties are best . though there is need of improvement for chemistry staff

The staff is friendly and the teachers have great experience
The lab equipments are of great quality and in sufficient number
Library has a good selection of books and the canteen is pretty good too

Dislikes

The campus could've been better and the placement cell is abysmal
There is negligible interaction among seniors
There are no active clubs and the sports are rarely given attention to

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although there are some irrelevant subject like p'ceutical jurisprudence,most of the subjects are relevant and necessary for my field of work. There should have been improved teaching methods and better communication skills by the faculties.

Library is good! Provided good ventilation and having necessary and famous books regarding the subject and there is also reading room where you can read novels and other book also computer is also provided
Campus is plastic free and cantine is also good
Experienced faculty are present intership is provided to the student and hospital training to the student

Dislikes

Ground is small ,football cannot be played and other game also
Not much functional events occur the hall is too short where function occur

Placement Experience:

In 8th semester student become eligible for campus placement Cipla and sun pharma companies has visited the college every year The average package is 2.5lakhs and highest package is 5 lakhs Percentage of student get placed is 90% My plan after getting degree is to join mba plans

The day I entered the college since then the college campus of MET has my heart the best ambience n full of creative things on walls soothing nature is the best thing at campus . Starting from the college gate till the buildings everything is best
The world class infrastructure with well kept library the chirping or birds early morning at the lobby area entrance has bird nest where it makes the sitting area more cool
The canteen facilities are just amazing and sports area is best college has also provided the gym facilities seperate other than curriculum we experience the best college life with many of the activities carried out

The course B pharm is the best as many of neet aspirants has it a second option so was with me but after coming into this course I came across many much more things which are really amazing and lab work is all about patience and now I feel like this degree is much more worth than I thought

College faculty is very good and. Supportive.
Teaching methods is also good they try to cover all topics.
Infrastructure is also good . Mell maintained laboratories.

Fees is quite high for open category students.
College do not provide internship.Students have to apply for internship externally.
Placement issue is there it depend upon the year.

Placement Experience:

The student becomes eligible in 4 th year as the company start to visit during period of the last semester. Cipla, Hindustan antibiotics, new life, Dr reddy, sun Pharma etc The highest package was 800000 and the minimum 200000. Very few students get placed as due to increase in competition we have to do mpharm.

The timings and attendance issues need to resolved. Long hours of college and school like atmosphere. There is not enough appreciation for extra curricular activities besides during one month of the fest.
