Course Curriculum Overview
First of all, I want to become a software engineer which is why I chose this course (information technology). The faculty here is quite good and kind. The student-faculty ratio here is 30:01. The faculty members here are well qualified (either IITtian or PhD holders). Their method is very good they always give a practical example. There were two internal exams also called as cae-1 and cae-2 in our college and end sem examination conducted by aktu. This was not difficult if you followed your teacher and made proper notes.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. The number of companies visiting here is around 200 and offers made here are 1163(last year's stats). The highest package was 48lpa offered by Autodesk. The average package is here around 5lpa. The percentage of students getting placed here is around 90% for cs-allied branches and overall is around 65%. My plan after getting my degree is to prepare for the gate.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee here is 115603 of which 109603 is tuition fees 5000 security fees and 1000 is application fees. And you have to give 7865rs to Aktu as exam fees. Talking about scholarships, you can get UP government scholarship if your family income is less than 2 lakh (for SC/st it can go up to 2.5 lakhs).
Campus Life
The name of our annual fest is Unifest. The fest is quite good a famous personality comes and performs. Also, the fresher's party is also good here. The college life here is very great. There are fans in every classroom. But there is no AC (except for a few classes). The extracurricular activities here are great. There are several clubs in our college. The names of a few clubs are Chitrashala, Rotaract, etc.
Admission
I got admission through Aktu (uptac) counselling. 15% of seats are reserved for management quota and 85%seat is reserved for Aktu counselling. To part, in aktu counselling, you need at least 45% in PCM (12th). Cutoff for cs-allied branches would be around 85 percentile in jee mains.
