Likes

Faculty members which are very copartive and good
Hostel facility like room cleaning and mess food and laundry service.
Technical clubs which are improving our social and technical perspectives.

Dislikes

Classroom like we didn't get a proper class for study in lpu we have to go for another building after one hour of study like one class happen in 26 building second in 36 so the flow is disturbed and we have to change the class after every one hour.
Playground of cricket Student like a lot of student is here how started playing football or volleyball in the cricket ground I don't like it.
Lift is always stuck in between we get late for class in that case.

Course Curriculum Overview

So I have chosen this course because I have interest in computer so I wanna learn new things and great experience from this University. Faculty members are to good here they are always with you for your courage. Yes all the Teachers are well qualified and review system is also here you are not understanding the teacher language or facing any difficulties then faculty can be changed accordingly. Term exam are is in time and everything is happen syestemyttically in University. And paper is not also as much easy you can pass it's little bit tougher.

Internships Opportunities

College provide some internship here I don't really know the exact company which is offering the hands on internship here Project I have I have completed here is of a pet adoption and animal welfare website from where you can adopt any pet animal which are available on our website.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is really good here with the average lavage 5lpa. From semester 5 students are eligible for South in campus placement by his cgpa. I don't know the exact percentage of getting placement but it's good. Like student get placed more and more . My plan is like I want a good placement in good company with best package.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee hike policy is like you have to submit your fees on time otherwise there is fine on 500 rupees on every 10000 fees. So this is the thing which I don't like here. One good thing is that you can submit some fees and go for extending fees for a month but it will work only in one semester . The scholarship I got is of lpunest entrance exam cutoff 3 rd session so I got 20 percentage of my fees as schoolaship

Campus Life

Life at campus is amazing it's ordinary next level campus of lpu. Here always dinner festival aur program is happening so you can't feel boar. Library is like I think it's one of the best library I have seen earlier, a lot of books related to our curriculum and amazing environment for studies. Sports activities is also happening in koi like every hostel has their own cricket kabadi football badminton and etc team for sports activity Club's are also here like dance club singing club etc if I talk about technical then coding people also participate in some hackathon and many games of coding

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is also good like I have four seater room . Sweeper man came on daily basis for Cleaning the room and bathroom. Meal of mess is fantastic here is works on everyday routine. That's good here. Registration process is happen on lpu dashboard like whatever facility you want to take you can take from your home by paying the fees.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Admission

Firstly I have given a entrance exam of lpunest then I got selected for this branch by cutoff marks. Application fees is 1000 and it's vary in cast like for Sc St application charge is 400 and for OBC it's 700 and for general 1000. Reservation is not available. No I don't think any improvement in admission process because it's was very easy after cracking the entrance exam.

Likes

The infrastructure is great with state of the art labs and equipment
The library is really nice place to study
Lots of hangout spots in and around campus

Dislikes

Less opportunities for core branches as less core companies visit campus
75 percent attendance policy for classes
Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

The Scholarship benefit is good when compared to other universities the fee is also not very huge.The Infrastructure of the campus was vast and there arelots of stall to purchase food items etc
There is a big mall through which You can get necessary items .In every hostel you will have departmental stores
The faculty was highly qualified. The Placements opportunities are also good The average was offered was 5-6 LPA.The Lpu newly Launched Education Revolution is very good for students

Dislikes

The mandatory 75% attendance policy for every subject.If you not maintain you will debar from End term examinations which is not all good
The Roads are not that much good .The roads are made of parking tiles instead of Thar
The distance between hostels and main gates are nearly 1.5 -2 km which not at all good .but there e-rickshaw they charge 15 rupees per person to drop from hostel to main gate

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course cirriculum changes every year by rapid changes happening due to AI The University has also launched a new school called School of AI and emerging technologies.from this every year syllabus changesand exams pattern changes .the difficulty of exams is increasing day by day.

Inside NITJ- Beyond the Brochure

Likes

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

The environment of the college is so nice, helpful staff, AC labs for CS deptt.
Canteen and water facilities and park in both deptts
Skilled professional educators and tutors

Dislikes

Distance of travelling coz for me its too much far
Nothing as of now everything was good enough

Placement Experience:

- Limited campus opportunities were available, and most students become eligible from the final year. - The average package was around 2-5 LPA. - after my degree my plan is to improve my employability my strengthening my technical skill in my domain

Big campus and beautiful garden and environment
Aqi was soo good because plants and tree was so much

Mess food was bad but it doesn't taste that bad
If we Complaint about anything college mostly ignore it

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements and tata or Infosys companies visited and about 60 to 70 percent students were placed and my plans after getting the degree is to opt for higher studies doing mtech from iit

I like the machines that's why I choose the mechanical branch in engineering line. Noida , Gurgoan , Chandigarh , Bengluru and many other areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teaching methods.

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

Likes

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

The sports and the various facilities that they provide for relaxing
The Library that remains open till 10-11 at night for those who wish to study till late
Great mentors and very helpful teachers who are always willing to help

Dislikes

The hectic schedule and curriculum that the students have to follow.
The lack of certain facilities that would help the students improve thoer personalities
Too much strictness and restrictions with everything that someone wishes to do

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
