ojee rank 176 i was in search for a good college to pursue my education further then i came across the standard and environment of the college. thus mechanical being my passion and love for vehicles made my world in giet.

to make a student from a fresher to an expert in the subject endless nights of studies multiple papers written seminars projects examinations discipline all was made for both the external and internal development of a student and the same happened with me. i owe my career my dear college now and forever.

yes summer internship are offered in a wide range of companies, stipends depend on the company we opt for the training or internship and the college management does the rest of contacting with the authority does the rest thing of managing and training activities.

placements are good moreover ok most of the famous it companies are coming here to get the best of the best students they can get from. though create competition still consists of marketing it core and also startup companies. judging student on aptitude reasoning on the communication skills they choose the best of what they can get.

there are cultural events held department wise and also a science and tech expo held in the month of February which is the moments of students to rejoice and forget the stress of studying and take out their creative part. this was the most awaited days which many students did wait for the same to learn and have fun.

fee structure is feasible. about 1.5 lacs per annum including hostel expenses and academic charges a few other expenses were the lab records and other instruments used for practicals which were to be kept personal and that it would be moderate in precise terms and is far lower than many of the colleges with same facilities

scholarship facility wasn't there but departmental competitions were held with cash prizes and attractive gifts and also were a step to gain knowledge. had tied up with the nationalized banks nearby and could help the students who are really in need of money. college also funded for a few students for their entire cost of education.

campus life was awesome, sports studies and everything a dream engineering college would take into account. robotics club, aerodynamics club, each and every association made was just for the students and to make them aware of what living together means and helped to realise what being away and getting a response means.

hostel facilities are good with 7mbps connection of wifi and 2 seater and 3 seater rooms also mess was nearby from the hostels separate girls and boys hostel for the security. warden was also nice and was always ready to hear about the concerns and the issues of the students residing there

missing my mates,seniors they made each they special and alive to be lived to the fullest, while making the college a home away from home they were the reason to make things easier and precise and always be driven on and for our own goal.

exam consists of 8 semester held every 4 months in even semester and about 5 months in a odd semester regular class tests and internals to be summed up with lab exams and viva. they groom students in such a way to be prepared of semesters before that class tests internals and lab viva and practicals were key to score good in semesters.

I OPTED FOR OJEE EXAMINATION THERAFTER AFTER PUBLISHING OF RANKS WENT FOR COUNSELLING IN ROURKELA AND WAS SHORTLISTED FOR THIS COLLEGE NO BASIC INTERVIEW JUST THE JOINING FORMALITY BEGAN AFTER THE SELECTION. PEOPLE WERE GOOD AND OF A HELPING NATURE THUS DIDNT FACE ANY DIFFICULTY IN THE SAME.

faculty members were nice and supportive most of them were living in the hostels same as the student used to live.they were just family at a distant place from the beginning nervousness, etc was there in front of them still gradually things changed and they made us aware of what there presence is and what and how they matter in shaping our career.
