Likes

Lush green campus provides fresh air and healthy environment.
Large classrooms and labs can easily accommodate a large student strength.
Large Playgrounds are well matained and managed.

Dislikes

Boys:Girls ratio is very poor approx 10:1
Rules and regulations are very strict and needs to be followed.
Regulations on first year students should be reduced.

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to become software engineer. Faculty:Student is 1:20 Each faculty member is a PHD holder and holds atleats 3 years of teching experience. exams are in every 2 months, mid semester and end semester exams are major ones.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 211020 per year

Internships Opportunities

Google, microsoft, amazon provide good interships to students. Almost 50-60 % students get interships in third year. and Students also go for international internships. seniors and mentors guide you through this phase.

Placement Experience

From 7th semester we are elegible for placements. Google, Microsoft, BNY Mellon, Trilogy Innovations, Rapido bike, Fanatics, Cisco etc companies visit campus for placements. Highest placement is of 52 lakhs and average goes around 14.20 lakhs per annum. 90 % students get placed. I will focus in getting a good placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Cost to study is affordable as comparision to other private colleges. PMSS, TATA Merit Scholarship, Horizon Scholarship, Hashmap Scholarship, Udchalo Scholarship, Badve Industries Scholarship, and many more.

Campus Life

Technical aakriti, Cultral Aakriti, Sports aakrit, Kickstater, Amuni Meet, and many more. Books are more than 6000 in number. Projectors are installed in classrooms. Sports aakriti brings in sportsmenship and competitive spirit among students. OSS Club, Nature Club, Spritual Club, Cycling Club, Film Making Club, Technical Board, etc.

Hostel Facilities

Bed, mattress, Curtain, Almirah, Fans, Lights etc are available. Healthy food with varied menu. Hostels are compulsary for first year students and each year after that hostel forms are available. Dighi area nearby is best suited for rooms at rent.

Hostel Fee: INR 98990 per year

Admission

Admission are directly on the basis of JEE mains rank. there is no reservation policy, but only wardds of army men are given admission in this college. Admission form is available on college website www.aitpune.com No caste based reservation. Admission should be fully online.

My College Life

Likes

The campus of our college is very nice. Everywhere there is greenary.
Faculty of each and every subject is very supportive and solves students doubt immediately

Dislikes

The lectures get cancelled any time so the localites day gets very hectic.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year atudents becomes eligible for placements if he/she has developed or built proper skills. Many companies like Wipro, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. visit and there are a lot of offers made every year.

Likes

I loved the library and canteen of the college
College community is quite good no ragging is done
Faculties are strict but at the same time they are supportive as well

Dislikes

Small Campus not very interesting can be done on that place
Curriculum is as same as tier 3 colleges not very interesting and does not match to those of other colleges like VJTI
Placement cell is not very active they don't provide internship

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Capgemini, wipro, accenture are the top companies visited here and the highest package offered was 30lpa. As of now the placement percentage is 80% and rest go for off campus. And even I'll try to go for Off campus

A True Review

Likes

The professors at the college were always available for any doubt clearances or any other help
College also offered courses free of cost of latest technologies
The college supported students in taking part in any paper conference or hackathon

Dislikes

Conduction of technical events was comparatively less
The was alumni connection was not available through college
The infrastructure could be improved more

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the fourth year. There are good number of placement opportunities available through college but the placement package is less compared to other colleges. The placement cordinator is helpful.

VNIT NAGPUR : The All You Need To Know

Likes

Reputation of College great outside as it is a National Institute
VNIT being a campus of 250 Acre has a very lush green campus.
Great Alumni Network Of the College so you required any help there are alumni sitting in every corner of world.

Dislikes

Lot of Workload..The prof of VNIT are very strict towards acads.
Some old building of College are not renovated yet.
There should be more than one canteen in college.

Placement Experience:

College's Training and Placement Cell is very active in providing placement to the students. Many esteemed companies like Google,Oracle, De Shaw, Goldman Sachs,etc. visit our campus and provides hand on packages and Interns to the students.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Likes

Dkte is best for practical knowledge because of its pilot plants which are having machineries with good working conditions
Highly skilled faculties with excellent experience of industrial as well as teaching sector
There are many facilities like idea lab and other testing labs are available which helps students in there project related and research related work

Dislikes

College timing is more as compared to other Colleges
Extra curricular activities and annual events are not upto the marks as compared to other colleges
Canteen facilities for breakfast, lunch, dinner are not that good

Placement Experience:

Students are getting eligible in 6 semester for campus placement Companies like Trident , Arvind Ltd, epic group ,uniclo, vardhaman textile ,dyester ,Aditya Birla knits, Aditya Birla fashion retail, reliance, OCM ,donear etc are visiting and offering jobs ranging from 3.5 lakhs to 18 lakhs per annum Highest salary job is given by companies like Trident and epic group the salary is ranging between 18 -19 lakhs 100 % of students are getting placed every year

Campus is small and clean. It hass good cafeteria
It has good wifi all over campus.with good connectivity
It has smart teaching skills. It has good staff

Dislikes

College infrastructure is small. it may become boring
It has old curriculum therefore it doesn't help in active jobs
Cafeteria is also small and boring and food quality is bad

As I have mentioned previously as curriculum is old with old syllabus you may find it irrelevant. As curriculum is old you may not find useful in active jobs You may need to find extra other courses in college

Ait pune: let's look after too it

I give jee mains and advance and got 95 %ile at this percentile this was the best college which I can get it has far better placement then other private colleges especially for girls it is too good .it has an average package of 14 lkh and highest package is 51 lkh last year in microsoft. it focus both on academic and other co circular activities. For admission in this college u have to apply for jee mains and then fill the form of ait which is out in Jan or Feb then on merit based u get your branch and seat. From hostel to hangout : A complete overview of AIT Pune

I choosed this college because it has tha ARMY tag in its name and ARMY means discipline and actually the college has military like rules and regulations which is the best thing i feel is important and about safety so this college is also very safe. the admission process is a little long but all the steps are clearly communicated by the institue when you apply for it and all the details are avaliable on the website too.
