Course Curriculum Overview
The University offers various courses. You can check their website: https: // nagalanduniversity .ac.in for the course details. As I am doing my B.Tech, the campus and campus is very lively and good. Faculty members they all excellents in their own field, so their teaching skill reach the satisfactory results.
Internships Opportunities
Interships programs mainly starts from third year of the course. If you are in engineering course which is for four year so when you are in your 3rd year you must applied for your offline internship program. The college also offers many online internship or training programs for the students.
Placement Experience
Placements is quite good. Almost every students who graduated from different campus with different fields secured many promising jobs in their respective fields. There will the placement cell they will look for the companies for the placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is reasonable and affordable. It's alot cheaper. During the admission period they will charge upto 18k including first semester fee. ?11000 for each semester. And the hostel admission fee at the starting is ?5300 and from the next semester is ?3300. The University gives financial supports also. One can apply for any scholarship scheme which come under UGC.
Campus Life
There are total of four campus of Nagaland University: Lumami campus, Dimapur campus, Medziphema campus and Meriema campus. The Dimapur campus is for Engineering school there every year they hold tech fest and sports event. The Student Union is also there in every campus.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities is good you get three hostels for boys and three for girls. Fooding is also good. Meal timing is twice a day means breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. There are many facilities provided in the hostel: gym, playground, sports court etc.
Admission
Admission process is very simple. One's just need to fill their online application form which is available in their website. The application form charge is only ?150. The University offers various programs starting from UG program to Phd. For admission in Engineering field, it's on the basis of JEE mains and CUET marks. Equivalently 10+2 marks also matters. Their engineering school offers B.Tech degree in 5 fields: 1. B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering Technology 2. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering 3. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering 4. B.Tech in Information Technology 5. B.Tech in Biotechnology
