Review of Jis University

The faculty members are well-educated and they are helpful in our study.I chose this subject because i loved technology and coding so chose this subject(computer science & engineering).In the college we have 20 faculty members in this department. the student and faculty ratio is 3 student have 1 teacher. They take 2 major exams, the first exam is called mid sem, it holds full marks for each subject 30. and 20 for assignments and practical. The first exam is held in the middle of the syllabus, and the second exam is held in the full syllabus. the exam is a little bit hard then learn well and loved the course so you can pass easily.

Companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Capgemini, Paytm, Flipkart, etc visit our campus for on-campus recruitment. Average salary offered ranges from 3 to 4 LPA in the role of SDE(Software Development Engineer). I am currently not in the semester to get an internship as the college allows it from 4th year and I am currently in 4th semester so I cannot give detailed information about it from my experience but what I have heard from my seniors is only the top percentage of students who are very much skilled only get internships. We have a subject called innovative project but from there if the faculty gets any suitable projects that provide solutions to real-life problems then those are selected for higher work.

the placement held in the college after the 3rd year, eligible who have 60 percent in the per semester. there are several company visits on the campus Wipro, TCS, Flipkart, Paytm, Accenture, and angel booking etc.AVG package taken in the compnay is 4-4.5 LPA. The placement rate is 70 to 80 percent. My plan is will take the GATE exam after the BTECH for my master's.

the fee structure is 485000 when I college admission, but I take only 380000 rupees. Because I have a college schollership which is given only who are taking 80% in the HS I also applied for the SVCM scholarship which is given by the state government. I see the more senior students take placement in reputed companies (average salary 3.5 LPA)

the college campus is so beautiful and there are all kinds of books and journals in the library. Also, we have a ground where cricket and football are played and the college holds a tournament which is called an inter-college tournament. we have other kinds of sports on campus badminton, kabaddi, etc. There are many clubs available in the college( Dance, singing, cricket, football, painting, chess, etc) All the classrooms are so big, the classroom strength is 120 students. all class room have projectors, AC. The college held its annual fest (jis Samman) and some tech fests like hackathons, jistech,GDSC etc.

I took the WEBJEE entrance exam, The eligibility of the exam is that the candidate must have passed the 12th and the compulsory subjects are math physics, and one other subject. I took the exam then I had a 19000 percentile in this exam I placed the admission proceeds on the WBJEE official website. Then I was selected for this college (JIS UNIVERSITY), and after the selection took the 5000 for the seat booking in this college. After the seat booking go for college admission and take all the certificates (admit card, HS result, WBJEE result, seat allotment ). then they take the fee structure of the (computer science and engineering). after the payment, they fill in my all detailed information on the college form, then the admission process is completed
