Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester. For placement drives, we have to visit the main campus, Techno Main Salt Lake (TMSL). Since students from other Techno India campuses and branches also participate, the competition is extremely high. In the 2025–2026 academic year, fewer companies visited. Only two companies, Dronahost and WishCare, visited our specific campus directly. The remaining drives—mostly service-based companies like TCS and EY, along with a few startups—were conducted at the main campus. The library facilities are accessible, and students are issued a library card during the admission process to borrow books. Additionally, an annual sports event is organized for students. I chose to join this college primarily due to three key factors..it's highly affordable fee structure comapred to other institutes, its convenient proximity to my home, and around 2022 the placment was not bad comapred to 2026 Admission process involved WBJEE or JEE mains marks and completing document verification during counseling, and there is also direct admission process

The faculty members are highly supportive, knowledgeable and easy approachable. The student-to-faculty ratio allows for interactive learning and meaningful academic discussions. Our CSE faculty is really cooperative and friendly.

While there is no gym inside the campus, several private gym options are available nearby, usually operating until around 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM.The overall nightlife is decent, with students frequently hanging out at local street food stalls after evening workouts or classes. Most importantly, the surrounding locality is safe to roam around at night.
