Course Curriculum Overview

I choose BTech CSE and faculty teaching experience was amazing. Mid term and end term is MCQ based exams. So, passing criteria is 40%. You will Study smarter then you will definitely passed. In one class there are 70 students.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are more companies are offered under internships with stipend. Such as Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys and many more companies. So Internship also available on the campus.

Placement Experience

In the 4th year students will eligible for campus placements. In every year 800+ MNC's are visited in the campus. All Top companies such as Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon and many more. In our college highest package is 3 crore rupees.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are higher but placement is good. And various scholarships are available for tution fees. So, don't worry. JEE based scholarship, LPUNEST based scholarship, and others scholarship are there. And easily get placement.

Campus Life

Annual fest are amazing. Every year biggest tech fest and different different events are in campus. Top notch sports and extra curricular activities. Top notch classrooms , biggest library in the campus. 1 lakh+ books available.

Admission

I give the entrance exam for admission. LPUNEST Exam. There cutoff is 120/400 and you have marks above 150 then you will get scholarship. No reservation benefits. Admission process is very easy. Only you have to qualify LPUNEST.

lively campus nights and a fun student life at chandigarh university

Likes

my overall experience at the college has been good so far
the faculty members are generally helpful
campus life is active with various cultural and technologies events

Dislikes

one thing i feel can be improved is the amount of pratical and industry oriented learning
some claases can be more theroy oriented so more hands on activities and pratical sessions would be beneficial
during major events and peak hours the campus become crowded

the course curriculum is realvent and fairly comprehensive i choose computer science engineering because it covers importnt ares such as programming data structures data base software development and emerging technologies

A Balaced College Experience With Great Campus Life

Likes

i like everthing about the college.
i like the supportive faculty behaviour.
the college also provide placement guidance.

Dislikes

Some areas could be improved especially the placement.
A few courses felt more theory focused than industry oriented.
Student enagement oppourtunities would make campus life better.

A Great College Experience with Learning, Growth and Opportunities

Good campus infrastructure and modern facilities for students.
Supportive faculty and a good learning environment.

Some administrative processes can take more time than expected.

i liked the campus of this college very much
placement is very average not all get placed
food is great so many food outlets is there

Dislikes

they want fees for every single fest and things
exam fees is also there which should not be there
lecture schedule is very bad feels like 9 to 5 job

Companies do come in this college for placement and averge package is 500000 so student get placement opportunites from 6th sem onwards , and no. of offers made is 5000 last year placement ratio is also good.

Chandigarh university , but for real

Likes

campus life is absolutely banger and it is great to have friends here
crowd is bonkers , except some local peeps , they'd be behaving weird
major events like freshers and orientation , they bring crazzy artists

Dislikes

hectic schedules drain the soul of you .
frequent exams test that are totally unnecesary
attendance is another nuisance , having 75 percent is must

Placement Experience:

placements of 2.8 cr occured but it was only one , most of the placements packages go under 8 lpa and extra fees has to be paid in order to be eligible for placement drives and that too doen't ensure the placement

campus life and social interactionn : the campus is large and active with many clubs events hackathons and activities students get good opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds and participate iin extrracurricular activities.
faculty and teaching: faculty is experienced and mixed Some teachers have good subject knowledge and are supportive while teaching quality can vary between subjects.
placement and career support: the university provides opportunities and conducts recruitment for drives forn students.

Placement Experience:

IN our college students get placement form 3rd year onwards that is from 6th sem like university provides the students to sit in the placements and many good companies visit like amazon googler infosys tcs and all big recruiters and the highest package is upto 55lacks and ath average package of CSE id 8 to 9 lacks per annum and the placement rate is upto 100 percent.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course.
