Course Curriculum Overview

As we all know Computer Science will be at peak in coming years, So I was also want to be the part of that ground breaking opportunity. Our college has a huge admission so there are so many students but the teachers are also sufficient. The teachers are generally Ph.D holders and have good knowledge of subjects. The teaching is done by PPTs and and have proper lab for subjects like ECE. All subjects have nearly 6 units and mid term exam are likely to happen after completing 3 semesters and after 3 more units we have end term exams.

Class Size: 71Course Fees: INR 84000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Amzon , Flipkarts do come for internships. We'll get know about Software Development Engineer and we'll do juniors level learn thats the basic things that are used in industry. Projects are basic and entry level.

Placement Experience

Normally people get placed in 4th year and but this University do have Pre placement Offer of but you get this by off campus. Highest package was 64lpa and avg was 7lpa. 82% people are placed. My plans are getting placed at a good package

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is 120k for B.Tech CSE and there will be no fees hike. Cost to study is according to the luxury you want but course fees is according to scholarship. The scholarship I'm talking about is LPUNEST

Campus Life

There are different fest like Spectra and YouthVibes. This year we have events for freshsers sponsored by coca cola's Coke studios and sunburn event from Goa.After this we have a lot of pages on instagram also like lpuuniversity, school of computer science lpu,lpu confession page and lpupics/memes for students. We have multiple hackathon going on in our unive Currently. You can explore them in Linked in

Hostel Facilities

Room has Air conditioners and geyser facilities the room also have balconies. Mess is available at every hostel and mess is quite good. Menu is south and North Indian. Registration of mess and hostel will be done at LPU admit website

Hostel Fee: INR 110 per year

Admission

Eligibility criteria is that they require at least 60% in boards which includes PCM for this course. The form is available at the website of lpu admission and its fees was Rs1000. And the dates for the Test LPUNEST startes from 20Jan and you can give it 4times a year. The admission process is good and hassle free and requires no improvement.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.
