Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose btech cse because I have intrest in this field after my 10th Faculty :student ratio is too good there are too options to choose from a bunch of good faculty members who teaches really well and help us to improve our skills and also get good marks Almost every faculty here is a PhD holder in their subjects and everyone has their unique method of teaching but they make us understand everything Exams is bit tough also because time is less and we have to prepare more

Internships Opportunities

4

As I heard there are nice internship opportunities given to the students who really worked on their skills also companies offer PPO to the students if they like their work and also many companies offer internship to the students

Placement Experience

3.5

From the 5 semester students are eligible for campus placements More than 100 companies visit in the campus and no of offers made are like double of the companies Highest package of the last year was 64lpa and average package is almost 10 to 12 lpa 75percent of students are got placed this year in 4th year My plans are after getting degree is to get a job abroad and also do masters from abroad

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fees hike policy Cost to study here for four years in btech cse you might get upto 15 lakhs They provide scholarship on the basis of their entrance test They only provide scholarship in the name of financial assistance For campus jobs you can apply in their university website page

Campus Life

4.5

Life at campus is the thing I liked the most There are so many programs fest will be going on throughout the year Library is really awesome we get almost every there Amenities in classrooms is also very nice Sports and extra curricular is encouraged very much here and people also gone to national level also won gold medal like Neeraj Chopra Lpu diaries, lpucpe, Lpushots, lpu university are the Instagram handles

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility are also really great they provide really good food nice rooms and also nice room service for cleaning and maintaining Meal quality is awesome i really feel I am eating good quality food everyday there is new menu. And non veg is NOT allowed inside the whole campus Registration is easy if you avail early you also get early bird benefits of upto 10k per year I have not rented a room or pg And my suggestion is you should also not because hostels a re much safer and secured Also you get hostel Life experience and also your studies will not get affected because of time waste

Admission

Admission process was a bit easy. I just applied for their entrance test and since I have selected this college in cuet so I don't have to pay the fees of the entrance exam then I have given a proctored exam and after one week the results came and I got selected by getting some scholarship. Everything is available in their university website www.lpu.in Application fees was 1500 but i got it for free since I have selected this University in cuet exam For improvement I think they should just verify everything a little fast and give a proper steps online that what we students have to do to make our work a bit easy

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
