Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Biotechnology because my rank in JEE was not good. There are very experienced and good teacher in DTU, they all are very friendly and helpful. All professors had done PHD and also have great experience in their field. In DTU, exams are timely, and passing them are not very tough.
Internships Opportunities
At our college, internships opportunities abound across diverse industries. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, IQVIA, Clear Tax etc. offers roles spannning software engineering, hardware development and data analysis. Stipend of internship is 10000 rupees per month to 2 lac rupees per month. Participants engage in real-world projects such as developing algorithms for autonomous vehicles or designing user interfaces for cutting-edge software applications.
Placement Experience
Placement in DTU is quite good. From fifth semester students are eligible for participate in campus internships and from the seventh semester they are eligible for campus placements. According to last year placement stats. 350+ companies visited in campus and 1500+ offers they offered. Highest package was of 1.2 cr per annum and average was 10-15 lpa as per different companies profiles. 75% students got placements in 2022. I got placements after the degree completion.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here the fees are increased by some percentage every year but DTU charge reasonable fees as compared to other colleges. DTU has it's own scholarship program where students can get scholarships upto 100%. I got a placement of 8.5 lpa from the college.
Campus Life
So, the college life in DTU is awesome. There is very friendly environment in the college. Seniors are like older brthers/sisters they are very helpful and friendly. There is a very big library where you will get every book regarding your course. There are many smart classes in the college, every class has AC installed in it. Engifest is the annual and biggest fest of DTU, Engifest is the largest fest of North India. DTU also host Tech Fest, where anyone can participate. Students will get many clubs and societies of their interest where they can learn new things and also enhance their skills. There are many socities like CC DTU, STEP-DTU, Biosoc-DTU, SCEE-DTU, Pratibimb, Madhurima etc.
Admission
Eligibility- Students who have passed class 12th with a minimum of 75% marks are eligible for admissionin DTU and for SC/ST students 65% will work. Along with this good score in JEE also mandatory for taking admission in DTU After JEE result student need to participate in JAC counselling in order to take admission in DTU. Reservation Benifit- There is reservation of 85% for the students who have cleares there class 12th from Delhi. There is also category wise reservation
