Dislikes

They teach excessive to student like a school

Course Curriculum Overview

I will rate my college 7.5 according to 3rd tier college. Its is NAAC A+++ certified college and this is because study and sencereity of this college. I prefered this course because this course lead to an open mindset of new startup and invention in it sector and technology . application of curriculum are real life experice which I am getting from this college. I think there should also factory level teaching for more better knowledge and experince . Frequency level of exam after one month of every exam.

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 119756 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement in this college are average like other college . Company which arrive here are Amazon, TCS , HCL etc From 7th semester you can get placement from this college . club are tells to join off campus , like Software incubator club avarege package are 22 lakh.which is enough for newbies. percentage of student who sit in placement are 70% .

Fees and Financial Aid

In this college fees of every year is different first year fees is 121140 and there is no increamnet in fees . Its goes decreament in every by few thousand . Scholarship is only for counselling student from goverment , the amount of scholarship depend upon your reservation . You can also take student loan for four year, you can get easily . you als awarded by some money when you get high attendance or marks in exam. College employment of core branch are good like average are 10 lakh. but there is society which help you in better placement

Campus Life

There are no annual function or college fest in this college . But they celebrate fresher party , farewell party , holi festival and diwali festival with fair . You can join some cultural club for fun and enjoyement . There is technical club which help to participate in hackthon or other technical thing. There such huge library where you can prepare for exam like GATE etc. Book are available in good quantity. All classroom are smart class but there in no ac in any class. Sport club are also here , which good thing in this college they are best club in college there are some group which also run some NGO in college

Admission

you have to qualify jee exam for entarnce exam . for CSE branch the cutt off for general was 85 percentile. Jee is one of biggest exam in india held for engineering college entrance application fees was 1300 rupees. there is resevation for other than general category you can admission on lower percentile of jee. the difficultly level of exam is more than 12th board but its basic of ncert book.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

Inside AKGEC Life

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I could not make it to other colleges because of their high cutoff for the CSE branch. 3) admission process includes direct admission where students are admiitted based on 10th,12th score and branches are alloted based on their score, 2nd is through the uptac counselling for students who want to get admission through JEE Score. overall admission experience was good....Read More
