What Students Say

Likes

It is good colleges because here you have study enviroment around you faculty and srniors are suppoting
The campus is alao good 40 acres you have good no of opportuniies
College is very accirate with its work there is no loop in college

Dislikes

As college is to strict it did not provide sufficient no of holidays
There is rxams viva practical in every month
You get no time for yourself to develop skills and prepare for some future competitive exam

Course Curriculum Overview

Well I choose this course according to trends as we can see scope in cs engineering is high. College is good but study is based on old university pattern so the knowledge that given in classes is not sufficient in real world and due to lot of striction on this college you get very less time for your preparation

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

As talking about placement it is average here because there is recession world wide so placement opportuniries is average lot of companies comes in college highest package is 30lakhs on campus and you need to have good skills

Fees and Financial Aid

As you know the private college fees is very high as almost 120000 fees per year and 8000 examination fees per year and almost 1 lakh rupees for rent and mess charges per year so it costs 10 lakh for full course as talking on employment opportuniries it is very less. Up goverment provides scholarship almost 55000 per year for general you can check for other castes on up scholarship website.

Campus Life

3.5

As overall experience is good but holidays are very less only 2 or 3 no of festivals in college there are many socities in college but you only face a problem is there is very less bo of holidays sports is good

Admission

The admission in this college is based on jee mains score, 15percent seats are reserved from 12 percentage the cutoff for cse branch is 92 percentile plus for general category it can varu you can check this om aktu website as the counselling process done from there. The college is strict and focuses lot in exams after every month there is exam less no of holidays

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

The students could come through counselling or Cbse 12th percentage i.e management, counselling is done on JEE scores and 12th percentage should be more than 75-80% in PCM for unreserved prolly...Read More

Inside AKGEC Life

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I could not make it to other colleges because of their high cutoff for the CSE branch. 3) admission process includes direct admission where students are admiitted based on 10th,12th score and branches are alloted based on their score, 2nd is through the uptac counselling for students who want to get admission through JEE Score. overall admission experience was good....Read More

so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More
