Course Curriculum Overview
The courses are designed as per the needs of the respective fields and are updated according to the demands or requirements to make the student eligible for the placements. Exams are held approximately in the intervals of 2 months. A semester consists of a midterm examination and End sem examination. Caltech eaching method used at VIT Bhopal.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placement rounds from their third year. The companies that visit are TCS, cisco, shell etc. The highest package of 2023 is 102 LPA. The average is 8 LPA and upto 90% of students get placed. Placements cell provided all necessary assistance to students for better on campus placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure here demands the payments of yearly installments. This includes academic fees, mess and hostel( if opted). The student in the Category I has its yearly installments upto 3 lacs and the fees increases according to the category of the student while admitting to the college. The academic fees increases while rest of the fees remains same for everyone.
Campus Life
Campus life is cheerful, events are being organised almost every week by the club's providing a good chance to socialise more than a normal classroom. Students can join two social clubs accornding to their choices(technical and non-technical). The campus is under construction, but still all the required facilities are provided.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are satisfactory. You get options of single or 2,3,4,8 bedded rooms with flat/bunk beds. All facilities that a hostel has are provided. Meal quality is good. Every hostel building has its own seperate mess and menu keeps changing in every 2 months. Facilities such as laundry, gym, sports area and salon are provided in the hostel.
Admission
Admission Is done through entrance exam VITEEE. It has two attempts near held in the month of May. When selected, you can apply for the preffered courses. Reservations are not available here. Admissions are solely done on the basis of ranks in VITEEE
