What Students Say

Likes

I like the infrastructure of this college the most.
Hostel campus is so beautiful and big...
The faculties are also very supportive here.

Dislikes

Academics pressure of this college is too much.
Exams conduction process is also very lengthy.
Campus life is soo boring as they conduct no fest throughout the 4 year of college

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

As I'm a first year student pursuing btech I found the curriculum good here....faculties are well qualified and supportive too. The one thing I found bad about this college is that college faculties are too much strict with academic and here you can feel academic pressure little bit high as they conduct tests a lot.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 141000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

In computer science and engineering the placement are nice this year almost 95% students get placed with the highest package of 34 lpa on campus provided by commvalt to 3 students of our college and that's it.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the college is not too much high....for a first year the tuition fees is around 1.5 lakhs and if you take hostel then hostel fees in first year is 1.2 lakh of triple sharing rooms. College doesn't provide scholarship for getting scholarship you can apply for up gov scholarships.

Campus Life

2.5

Infrastructure of college is nice. And campus life is not so good as in this college no fest are conducted throughout the 4 years so I found campus life lillte bit hectic and overall college is good..

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel campus of Ajay Kumar garg engineering college is so good and rooms are also big. For girls I suggest hostel is the best option as the location of pgs near college is the worst and hostel mess food is also good.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

You can take admission in akgec by a two ways one is direct admission on the basis of your 12th percentage and the another one is through jee mains exam. For a direct admission you can directly visit college and get admission or you can also fill the application from available on the website of ajay kumar garg engineering college. And if you want to take admission via jee mains score then you have to go with the councelling which is aktu as akgec is affiliated with aktu through aktu councelling you can get admission there

If you're in lucknow, Look no further.

Likes

The looks of the campus are stunning. Open fields and everything
Events are hosted weekly, allowing everyone to participate and host
Extracurricular activities are well respected

Dislikes

In a secluded area of Lucknow. Hostel recommended

Placement Experience:

Our Placement packages are pretty low online. It's primarily because every course, High tier, Low tier gets an on campus placement. Computer science has a very good placement ratio. People who don't get placements ussually are the ones who didn't even apply. Around id say 80 percent people get placements and my plans are to look off campus.

My Experience at Sanskriti University: Campus Life, Academics and Opportunities

Likes

The course offers a good foundation in computer science and AI, with opportunities to improve technical skills.
Campus life provides opportunities to make friends, interact with classmates, and develop communication skills.

Dislikes

More practical sessions, live projects, and industry-oriented training are needed to improve student skills.
Placement preparation, internship opportunities, and career guidance could be improved for better job prospects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose CSE (AI & ML) because of my interest in artificial intelligence and computer science. The curriculum provides basic technical knowledge for higher studies and career opportunities. More practical sessions, real-world projects, internships, and interactive teaching would improve learning. Internal assessments and semester exams require regular preparation, and difficulty varies by subject.

“A Good College for Learning and Growth”

Likes

Being a CSE student I get the opportunity to learn about computer science and improve my skills The college experience also helps me understand the importance of practical knowledge

Dislikes

The placement support could be improved especially by providing more opportunities for students to get internships and jobs in reputed companies

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course covers important subjects related to computer science and programming. It gives basic technical knowledge, but more practical learning is needed. Exams are held every semester, along with internal tests and practicals. Some subjects are easy, while others need more preparation. Overall, the course is good, but adding more real-world projects would help students learn better.

Dislikes

Slow administration and limited student support

What I heard before about the placement is totally different from what it is. I mean after spending more than 6lakh the average package of btech is around 4-5 LPA and the ratio is like 15-20% only. No big MNCs like Amazon Flipkart Deloitte or any other comes here.

The students could come through counselling or Cbse 12th percentage i.e management, counselling is done on JEE scores and 12th percentage should be more than 75-80% in PCM for unreserved prolly...Read More

Inside AKGEC Life

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I could not make it to other colleges because of their high cutoff for the CSE branch. 3) admission process includes direct admission where students are admiitted based on 10th,12th score and branches are alloted based on their score, 2nd is through the uptac counselling for students who want to get admission through JEE Score. overall admission experience was good....Read More
