Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for civil engineering is up to date with the latest standards.The curriculum is adequate to apply for any competitive exam in the civil engineering domain.Exams and however are frequent.The difficulty of the subjects are usually equivalent to the general toughness of the subjects . The faculty teaching a subject may affect the difficult of the subject.
Internships Opportunities
Previously the collage provided internships to top 30 students of the class with internship at NHAI . However the students who are not in top 30 get good assistance by the faculty advisors to get internship .
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee structure is declared at the time of admission semester wise. There is no increase policy.Students can avail GP Birla scholarship that is avalable to students who excell in academics . Students are also eligible for government scholarships such as e-kalyan and NSP
Campus Life
We have a flagship event called Bitosav which is held in the month of February or March.Sevral other fests and events keep on happening from time to time.The library has a large Verity of books but sufficient enough to only fulfill 70 percent of your needs.The classes are equipped with air conditioning and projector but sufficient bot may not work time to time.Sports and extracurricular opportunities are present but are not encouraged by the collage,this is further highlighted by the fact that the collage doesn't even provide bare minimum finding for both.Many active clubs are present in the collage and have their events held form time to time.
Hostel Facilities
Rooms are very congested as single rooms are used by 2 .Food is not very tasty and may be not upto the marks sometimes.Food quality is not good and sometimes hygiene issues can be seen and sometimes the food is so pathetic you are forced to eat out.The rooms are compulsory with the course.
Admission
Birla institute of technology bring an gfti takes admission via Jossa councelling and csab councelling.To sit in the above mentioned councelling one has to attempt jee main difficulty level of which is well known.The cut off for ST students is very less as compared to the general category especially in the home state category.
Interview Experience
No there wasn't any test, group discussion, Interview of any kind for admission .The selection process was solely on the basis of JEE main final score.Other criteria of admission required an medical fitness form and the marksheet and other documents from my 10th and 12th.
