- Fees, which is very afforable as compared to other college.
- Our University's Classes are Good and lab are equipped.
- Our University's Library is good and Bigger and have almost every books. and have Big Auditorium in the campus.
Dislikes
- Placement , Which is not Good and the avg is around 3lpa.
- Teacher and student ratio is also bad in the University.
- The food is very poor in the mess of the Boys Hostel.
Course Curriculum Overview
* The University has not faculty(as the compare to students) to take classes so they hires guest faculty. some guest faculty were so good and passionate. or some were new in the teaching field so they can't teach good as well can't handle the class. * We have to give 2 MST's (Mid Sem Test) with approx. a month gap. and a end sem exam. * End sem exams copies were checked by random teacher or Different teacher then of your subject teacher.
Placement Experience
Average package is around 3lpa in cse. On Campus placement is not that good as expected. on campus internship is almost nil in the university. many seniors are applied off campus placement and they are getting some good package or above the average of on campus placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
* Tuition fees is affordable. we have to pay around 45k per sem as tuition fees & 3k per sem for exam fees And 13000 per sem for Hostel. and 12k to 13k per sem for mess fees. Overall approx. 75k per sem. * Fess hike in Hostel fees at the time of admission the hostel fess is 10k per year but after one year the hostel fees were increased to 13k per sem almost double. * Scholership is provided to some Student of Punjab only in the counselling round & Sc st punjab Scholarship is provided to all Student of sc st category of Punjab.
Campus Life
I have only attends youth fest and have very few fest in the University. and university have almost every club but just few programs or event were organised by any of them club. but have one active club which is gdsc and NCC were also were very active in the university.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel Faculty is Okayie but the Management in the hostel is not good and CareTaker are not friendly with Student. Complaint were listen rarely & fixed your complaint if you will complaint daily in the hostel office. Food quality is bad you can just survive by eating mess food.
Admission
* Admission process was vey Smooth, University has not asked me about my JEE Score. and also they are not conduct any University entrance. if you are passed the 12th then you are eligible for the Course as well you will get Admission in any Branch. * Basically there is two process of Adimission, first is Counselling After the counselling the Direct Admission process (First come first serve) Starts in which they Asked to Submit admission fess And 10th and 12th Results.
