Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

The course curriculum was highly relevant and comprehensive, influencing my decision to pursue it. Specific aspects, such as hands-on projects and industry-relevant topics, appealed to me. The curriculum effectively prepared me for real-world applications and provided a solid foundation for further academic pursuits. However, improvements could include more practical exposure and updated content to reflect current industry trends. According to me there didn't need any type of improvement because all facilities are well certified and with excellent teaching skills. The frequency and timing of exams were reasonable, although some exams were challenging. Overall, refining teaching methods and incorporating more experiential learning opportunities would enhance the course curriculum's effectiveness.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure typically consisted of tuition fees, service fees. And there is no compulsory charges in our university. The total cost of education encompassed these components, with the exact figures available on the university website or prospectus. Various scholarships and financial aid options were available to students. These included merit-based scholarships, need-based grants, and specific scholarships for underrepresented groups. The amounts and eligibility criteria for these scholarships varied, with details provided on the university's financial aid page. Campus employment opportunities were also available, allowing students to earn while studying. Roles ranged from research assistants to administrative positions, with stipends commensurate with responsibilities and hours worked. Personally, I undertook a research assistant role, assisting faculty with data analysis and literature review.

Campus Life

5

My campus life experience was vibrant and enriching, with a plethora of social activities and opportunities for involvement. Annual festivals like "lakshya" in March and "rhythm" in November were highlights, fostering community spirit and creativity. The library boasted a vast collection of books and journals, easily accessible for research and study purposes. Classrooms were well-equipped with modern facilities and technological provisions, enhancing the learning experience. Sports and extracurricular activities were plentiful, catering to diverse interests. From intramural sports leagues to clubs for music, dance, and drama, there was something for everyone. Student-run social groups and clubs, such as the Debate Club and Environmental Society, played a pivotal role in shaping campus culture and providing platforms for personal growth and expression. Overall, campus life was dynamic and inclusive, fostering friendships and memories that endure beyond graduation.

Admission

The admission process for different courses had its nuances. Initially, I scrutinized the eligibility criteria available on the university's website. Subsequently, I completed the application form online, and on poornima University website it is free for reservation and you can fill application form without any charges. The prospectus elucidated the reservation benefits comprehensively, providing clarity on the matter. Entrance exams were conducted annually, and the university disseminated detailed schedules well in advance. While some exams posed challenges, they were surmountable with adequate preparation. However, I believe the admission process could benefit from clearer communication regarding deadlines and enhanced transparency concerning the selection criteria. By refining these aspects, universities can streamline the admission process, ensuring a more seamless experience for prospective students.

Obviously there is a campussing process that gives the students the opportunity to get their desired job. You can also go off campus to get bigger opportunity, but it will be on your head only that means it's a risk. But the average placement provided by the university is 6 lakhs and the highest one is 72 lakhs per annum.
