Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite relevant and comprehensive. One aspect that influenced my decision to choose this course was the inclusion of practical hands-on projects and internships, which helped me apply the theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. The curriculum also prepares us well for further academic pursuits and provides a strong foundation for future career paths. In terms of improvements, I believe incorporating more industry-oriented subjects and guest lectures from professionals would enhance the practical aspect of the curriculum. Additionally, promoting more interactive teaching methods, such as group discussions and case studies, could make the learning experience more engaging. As for exams, the frequency and timing were reasonable, allowing sufficient time for preparation. The difficulty level varied depending on the subject, but overall, it challenged me to think critically and apply my knowledge.
Internships Opportunities
We have collaborations with various companies that offer internships to our students. Some of the companies include TCS, Wipro, and IBM. The roles offered under internships range from software development to marketing and research. Internships at our college come with a stipend, which varies based on the company and the duration of the internship. The stipend is a great way for students to gain practical experience while also earning some extra cash. The projects assigned during internships are quite diverse. For example, in software development internships, students might be working on building applications or developing new features for existing software. In marketing internships, students could be involved in creating marketing campaigns or conducting market research.

As for my plans after getting the degree, I'm considering pursuing higher studies in my field of interest. I want to specialize and gain more knowledge before diving into the professional world.

The tuition fee for the course is INR 50,000 per semester. However, please note that the fee structure might be subject to periodic increases, usually on an annual basis. The rate of increase is typically around 5-10% per year, but it's always a good idea to check with the college for the most accurate information. Campus Life
Campus life here is amazing, with lots of opportunities for socializing, club involvement, and great infrastructure. We have two major festivals on campus. The annual cultural festival, "Euphoria," takes place in February and showcases talent in music, dance, and drama. The technical festival, "TechFest," happens in October and focuses on innovation and technology. The library is well-stocked with a wide range of books and journals, covering various subjects. It's easily accessible for students, and you'll find everything from academic resources to leisure reading materials. Classrooms are equipped with modern facilities and technology. We have smart boards, projectors, and high-speed internet connectivity to enhance the learning experience. Sports and extracurricular activities are an integral part of campus life. We have sports facilities for cricket, basketball, football, and more.
Hostel Facilities
Facilities in the room include a comfortable bed, study table, chair, wardrobe, and a private bathroom. There's also a common area where we can hang out with fellow residents. As for the meals, the quality is pretty good. They provide a variety of options in the menu, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The meals are nutritious and tasty, catering to different dietary preferences. Regarding the registration process for the hostel, it's quite straightforward. You need to submit the required documents, fill out the application form, and pay the necessary fees. The affordability of the hostel depends on the type of room you choose and the facilities provided. Since I'm staying in a rented room, the locality is quite convenient. It's in a safe and accessible area, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. It's also well-connected to the campus, making it easy to commute.
Admission
The admission process was quite smooth for me. I had to fill out an application form and submit it along with the required documents. As for entrance exams, I did have to take a few. The cut-off marks varied depending on the course and college. In terms of aspects I didn't like, I found the waiting period for the admission results a bit nerve-wracking. It can be a bit stressful, but overall, the process went well.
