Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is a well designed structure of all the required subjects needed to function in the industry. The syllabi are regularly revised and altered to fit the current needs of the industry. The college itself is very reputed, all for the right reasons. Degree from the university college of engg. is very useful for future academic pursuits abroad.
Internships Opportunities
Placement cell offers interships from the reputed companies like BSNL, Delloite, Qualcomm etc. If you personally are able to bag an internship, well and good, otherwise the placement cell has your back. Most internships are with stipends.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placements from 4th Year 1st semester. Many reputed companies such as microsoft, TCS, ITC,Honeywell etc recruit talent from the university. Every year a good chunck of students get really really good packages, highest being 40-50 LPA. The college's placement and training department ensures that almost all students get placed on-campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is quite affordable and basic. Tuition fee is the major component of the fee structure, apart from that exam fees and hostel mess fee are pratically the only expenses. If you fall into the economically weaker sections, the Fee is reimbursed. Scholarships are quite easily sanctioned, if you are eligible.
Campus Life
Campus life is the ultimate freedom to do anything you wish for. Budding entrepreneurs have an incubator in campus. Library has all the required textbooks and more. Journals if evry topic are provided. Digital library is available too. Every Department has its own library. Many national level athletes are sent to tournaments bearing the name of the university. Tech fests and workshops are plentiful.
Admission
The primary admission for b.tech program is through EAMCET exam, written after 12th standard or equivalent.After qualifying and recieving rank cards, seats are alloted based on the availability in your desired pogram. However it is a pretty lengthy process, taking nearly 2-3 months. There are caste reservations, so if you are eligible, it is beneficial to also upload your caste certificate during the EAMCET application process.
