Likes

College whole is good but the campus life of the individual is super in terms of life.
Diversity of the university the student are from different parts of world so we explore the different kinds of people every day.
Main motive of the university is to make the student independent so he/she take his own decision in his life as they are allowed to choose the company you want to seat.

Dislikes

Mainly the curriculum should be more diverse and encouraging the student to overall development
There will be no time for the student who want to explore the new the wheather he has to sacrifice his classes or he has to sacrifice his enthusiasm to learn.
UMC which is university management cases which are used for if any student is making mistakes then their scholarship is cancelled it will directly impact for the student.

Course Curriculum Overview

Coming to course curriculum it is very good and useful in each aspect of life. But I should more diverse and encouraging the student to overall development of the student. The course that I have choosen is computer science engineering which is a wide area to explain and have the big impact in the present world in which every individual is moving towards computer science engineering in which vanish of job making the market unstable. Exams a moderate that munch not difficult so we can get good marks those are going to held in two times which are mid term and semester exam this are two main exam which 2month's of period between them totally the whole maximum ends in 4 -5 months.

Internships Opportunities

It offers various kinds of intership opportunities to students like summer internship and winter internship which offers quite good stipend upto 40000. But it depends on the company for maximum time and it good also.

Placement Experience

Placement process is dependent upon various factors that consists of cgpa of the student and year of the student maximum cgpa should the student holds is 6.5 and they are allowed to seat in drives. For the company.

Fees and Financial Aid

Financial the college is worthy as compared to the college that I have visited more likely the fee structure is increasing by 10000 every year and the will entrence exam and the scholarship availed by the exam also is changes by year to year the maximum you can get up to 30 percentage of the whole fees the whole fee around 120000. And the will state level scholarship also available for some states. Campus employment is good but after covid we can't blame anyone it depends on the talent of the student but university offers quite good opportunity.

Campus Life

Student life in the University is good because we can find everything in the university and it offers various facilities like a mall in the university which consists of every thing that are required for the student and day to day sports events are going to held which encourages everyone to participate. And a library for the student which have best collection of books. A whole block named DSW which helps in extra curricular activities of the student.

Admission

I wrote the entrance exam for joining lovely professional University here I want to join in BTech so in 12th the candidate must study MPC as a background which includes science and the exam consists of the section which consists of 180 questions that means per each section 60 questions will be there and per each subject 60 questions will be there. The cutoff marks is 32 in which you are qualified to take addmission in the university. Based upon your allocated with fee concession also.

Likes

The infrastructure is great with state of the art labs and equipment
The library is really nice place to study
Lots of hangout spots in and around campus

Dislikes

Less opportunities for core branches as less core companies visit campus
75 percent attendance policy for classes
Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

The Scholarship benefit is good when compared to other universities the fee is also not very huge.The Infrastructure of the campus was vast and there arelots of stall to purchase food items etc
There is a big mall through which You can get necessary items .In every hostel you will have departmental stores
The faculty was highly qualified. The Placements opportunities are also good The average was offered was 5-6 LPA.The Lpu newly Launched Education Revolution is very good for students

Dislikes

The mandatory 75% attendance policy for every subject.If you not maintain you will debar from End term examinations which is not all good
The Roads are not that much good .The roads are made of parking tiles instead of Thar
The distance between hostels and main gates are nearly 1.5 -2 km which not at all good .but there e-rickshaw they charge 15 rupees per person to drop from hostel to main gate

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course cirriculum changes every year by rapid changes happening due to AI The University has also launched a new school called School of AI and emerging technologies.from this every year syllabus changesand exams pattern changes .the difficulty of exams is increasing day by day.

Inside NITJ- Beyond the Brochure

Likes

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

The environment of the college is so nice, helpful staff, AC labs for CS deptt.
Canteen and water facilities and park in both deptts
Skilled professional educators and tutors

Dislikes

Distance of travelling coz for me its too much far
Nothing as of now everything was good enough

Placement Experience:

- Limited campus opportunities were available, and most students become eligible from the final year. - The average package was around 2-5 LPA. - after my degree my plan is to improve my employability my strengthening my technical skill in my domain

Big campus and beautiful garden and environment
Aqi was soo good because plants and tree was so much

Mess food was bad but it doesn't taste that bad
If we Complaint about anything college mostly ignore it

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements and tata or Infosys companies visited and about 60 to 70 percent students were placed and my plans after getting the degree is to opt for higher studies doing mtech from iit

I like the machines that's why I choose the mechanical branch in engineering line. Noida , Gurgoan , Chandigarh , Bengluru and many other areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teaching methods.

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

The sports and the various facilities that they provide for relaxing
The Library that remains open till 10-11 at night for those who wish to study till late
Great mentors and very helpful teachers who are always willing to help

Dislikes

The hectic schedule and curriculum that the students have to follow.
The lack of certain facilities that would help the students improve thoer personalities
Too much strictness and restrictions with everything that someone wishes to do

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
