Good campus life if you want to enjoy college life
CONTINUOSLY ORGANIZING workshops related to tech
They forced you to take online courses for up skilling yourself

Dislikes

Hectic schedule from starting always i.e 2nd sem
Hostel foods are not generally great but for some time they are good
too crowded area for any branch in college

Course Curriculum Overview

Technology is future we all know, and I am fasinated by technology around me. My circulam is providing very good knowledge about my goal but as i'm in first year there is a lot more to know about technology.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 192000 per year

Internships Opportunities

highest stipend of 1.6lacs offered by one of the top MNCs recently not all the interships are top's notch because it's too crowded here but projects related to AI, full stack and cyber will lead you to better internships plus stipends.

Placement Experience

students having cgpa 8+ till 5th sem of enginnerring, are considereed as placements students and various companises are there, Product based company liked Google, Amazon, Microsoft and bosch and services company liked TCS, Infoys and wipro and few startup like unstable and more company etc

Fees and Financial Aid

in my college tuition fees is taken as a two times as a break of 1st sem and 2nd sem. 96000 in first sem and another 96000 for 2nd sem. i got a scholarship of 24000 for each sem. total cost of my sem is 192000

Campus Life

Overall experience in campus is good plus hectic, you see as from the engineering branch. facilities and technogy are often good and the clubs around here in campus are continuously organizing tech events for us and Hacathon also.

Hostel Facilities

At starting facilities were good because of the new environment around me but as time passed the graph fell downwards not exponentially but slowly. Mess foods are what why we call hostel food hostel food. because it hostel's food.

Hostel Fee: INR 110000 per year

Admission

All things were good, eligibility, application forms, exam level, and improvement are not needed as of now. Talking about reservation benefits, I'm from the general category so for me, no reservation benefits.

Chandigarh university , but for real

Likes

campus life is absolutely banger and it is great to have friends here
crowd is bonkers , except some local peeps , they'd be behaving weird
major events like freshers and orientation , they bring crazzy artists

Dislikes

hectic schedules drain the soul of you .
frequent exams test that are totally unnecesary
attendance is another nuisance , having 75 percent is must

Placement Experience:

placements of 2.8 cr occured but it was only one , most of the placements packages go under 8 lpa and extra fees has to be paid in order to be eligible for placement drives and that too doen't ensure the placement

average experience in B.tech CSE with good campus facilities.

campus life and social interactionn : the campus is large and active with many clubs events hackathons and activities students get good opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds and participate iin extrracurricular activities.
faculty and teaching: faculty is experienced and mixed Some teachers have good subject knowledge and are supportive while teaching quality can vary between subjects.
placement and career support: the university provides opportunities and conducts recruitment for drives forn students.

Placement Experience:

IN our college students get placement form 3rd year onwards that is from 6th sem like university provides the students to sit in the placements and many good companies visit like amazon googler infosys tcs and all big recruiters and the highest package is upto 55lacks and ath average package of CSE id 8 to 9 lacks per annum and the placement rate is upto 100 percent.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.

Likes

The most appreciated aspect was the quality of teaching in classroom. There were structured planning for studies and exam preparations.
The campus was peaceful and the college celebrated every cultural event very enthusiatically covering interest of students belonging from various traditional backgrounds across India.
There was wide spread interest both from students and faculty side for promoting extra cirricular activites and talent.

Dislikes

The way a student raises a complain can be improved.
To allot extra hours for extra acirricular activites.

Placement Experience:

Placements are great for tech and core domains. Alomost every students gets to sit in placement following the eligibilty critera. Many students get double placed and there is a placement policy which allows fare chances of placement to every student.

class size can be large , it helps every child to interact
academic work is quite high , the schedule may feel hectic especially during examination

LPU's REVIEW WITH HONESTY AND CREDIBILITY
