What Students Say

Likes

The nature around the college is so beautiful
The college schedule is convenient to all students.
Faculty members will friendly with everyone one

Dislikes

The quality of food from the canteen leaves much to be desired.
College costs too much.i.e for semester fee, transport fee... Etc
Some professor is unbelievably boring while teaching the class

Course Curriculum Overview

I find the course curriculum to be fairly relevant and comprehensive. The emphasis on core computer science principles, programming languages, and software engineering practices greatly influenced my decision to choose this course. Additionally, introducing more interactive teaching methods such as workshops, case studies, and guest lectures could enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Regarding exams, while the frequency seems appropriate, some adjustments in timing could alleviate stress, particularly during peak assignment or project submission periods

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 67000 per year

Placement Experience

I am 2024 batch . Comparing with last year batch ,we have less placements. From 4-1 semester , companies starting visiting the campus. But they hire less members of people. This year we have approximately 40% students placed

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure at our institution is quite transparent. While the tuition fee is currently set at 67,000, it's essential to note that policies regarding fee increases may vary. Typically, fee hikes, if any, occur annually or biennially, and the rate of increase can vary depending on factors such as inflation and administrative costs. In addition to tuition fees, students may also incur additional expenses such as service fees, examination fees, and charges for facilities like library access or laboratory usage. These charges may vary from semester to semester.

Campus Life

4.5

My campus life experience has been enriching, with a vibrant social scene, diverse club involvement, and robust infrastructure. Our college hosts several annual festivals, including the cultural extravaganza "RagFest" in February and the technical symposium "TechVibe" in September. These events provide platforms for showcasing talent, fostering creativity, and networking with industry professionals. The library boasts a comprehensive collection of books, journals, and digital resources, catering to various academic disciplines. Its accessibility and online catalog make research and study convenient for students.

Admission

I am Rajesh from Raghu Engineering College pursuing Computer Science and Engineering. I gained admission based on my EAMCET rank of 20,470. If you want to join or know about my college you can contact through Raghu website For every 5-6 months we have semester exams

The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

College Internships to Company Offers : Strong Career Foundation

-I chose Raghu college 4 years ago at 2022 in AI/ML field. I have also applied for other collges like Gayathri, ANITS, Vignan for other departments but chose this college as my main focus was on course availability, placements, faculty, location and overall environment. -I applied to other colleges also like Gayatri Vidya Parishad (Gayathri), ANITS, and Vignan, but mostly for other departments, not AI/ML. At that time, AI/ML was a new and upcoming field, and Raghu College was offering a dedicated AI/ML branch, which was a big reason for me to choose it. --While comparing to other various colleges, I chose Rahu because it has the following: -Raghu College had a separate AI/ML department, which many colleges didn’t have that time. -Faculty were supportive and ready to guide us. -Campus infrastructure was good and labs were available for AI/ML. -Other colleges like Gayathri and ANITS are also good, but either the cutoffs were higher or AI/ML seat availability was limited. Vignan was an option, but I personally felt Raghu was better in terms of exposure and opportunities. -I didn’t get confirmed admission in some colleges mainly because of cutoff issues and seat availability. -Also, since I was aiming for AI/ML, options were limited in 2022. -Some colleges preferred CSE or ECE, and AI/ML was not well established everywhere. So nothing went wrong as such, it was just competition and limited seats. -The admission process was that I passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Maths, Physics, and Chemistry -Mainly AP EAMCET was accepted. -Some seats are also available through management quota -AP EAMCET is the most common and preferred exam by students -Cutoff depends on category and branch. -The admission process was clear, staff explained everything....Read More
