Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum makes your daily life a little bit hectic as you get a lot of class along with constant ca and assignments to be completed within specific dates. But the assignment are not like something to be written its more like doing a course for your own skill improvement, which I like. You will get 3-4 camper subject for each semester and in each semester you have to sit for 1mid-term and 1 end-term. The questions are I would say comes to be average if you do pyqs you can nail them.
Internships Opportunities
I really don't know much about internship opportunity as I am in 1st year only but as much I have listen from the seniors they say that you start getting internship opportunity for the 3rd year only if you have a good cgpa and a good command on coding
Placement Experience
Placement is good if your are a good student. The average package is 7lpa and the highest package for 2023 was 55lpa. I am hoping to get a placement from the campus only. You get big tech companies coming to take students namely Google, Infosys, cognizant, TCS etc
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees for my course was 1.5lakh per semester and I got a 2nd grade scholarship from the LPUNEST. If you got 60+ percentile in Jee you are eligible for the scholarship scheme also, if are board or state topper then also some scholarship are there and if are in sports field also there are weaver for that. Now for total cost per year would be different as it depends what hostel you take what kind of mess you are taking, if you are availing for gym and laundry or not. I will say my own with my scholarship, 4seater AC hostle, 3time meal and laundry I am paying Rs 3.55 lakh for my 1st year.
Campus Life
The campus life is the main highlight of our college. We have a huge diversity of people as people from all over the world come to study here. We have a lot of clubs that are run by the students only. There is no one annual fest. We have a fest every month or so We get to EDM nights, car shows, superstar shows and movie or song releases and my favorite standup comedies. We have 3 big fields and more small fields around each hostel. We have 3 outdoor basketball fields and 2 indoor basketball fields. 2 lawn tennis fields and 3 gyms in total.
Hostel Facilities
We boys have a total of 7 hostels and so does girls. There are different types of rooms offered ac, non-ac and apartments. You can choose number of students in one room from 1 seater to 6 seater. The rooms and bathroom and toilet are cleaned every 2-3 days in a week. The meals provided in the hostel is not up to the mark. You can register your hostle during you addmission from your home only through the online portal. The price of hostel ranges from 70k till 2lakh for the apartments. If you're opting for pg and rented room you can get it easily within a km or so.
Admission
The admission process was totally online. I have to fill up a online form for the admission test namely LPUNEST according to which I got a scholarship of 37500 per semester on the tuition fee(this was 2nd grade scholarship). I had given the test on the 1st phase that's why the scholarships were very high. They take the exam in 2-3 phases depending on the number of the admission. You are eligible to sit in the exam if you have PCM in your 11th 12th with 75% in each subjects. The questions were relatively easy and you easily score good marks in it. You will be asked to have two cameras with you to give the test in home and if you want you can also give the exam in the college by taking a date from the college. For me the online mode exam don't require any improvement it's very well organised by them.
