Sinan’s review on Yenepoya

I chose this course because it had global recognition and ACCA was being offered along with the regular BCOM degree. ACCA for its widely renowned status made it an unmissable option which I chose because I was also intere In finance and accounting. Yenepoya also offers BCOM ACCA hons and it is also a very good career advancement step.

The Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce and Management offers internship opportunities for students in the final year of their course, particularly in their fifth semester in which they will not have classes at all. Instead they will be doing internship for a company of their choice

The tuition fee for my course is 75000 per semester and the tuition fee remains constant across the course duration. The complete cost would nearly reach 5 lakh rupees as I complete my bachelors degree and obtain my course certificate. There are also various scholarships available depending on the students' grade 12 marks and percentage.

The campus life and the student clubs are very entertaining and memorable with various clubs like NSS, Rotaract Club, Eco club, Youth Red Cross etc. They take you to several camps, programs and events to make the most of the participant interest depending upon the club the student joins

The hostel fees totalled to ?85000 including food, accommodation and laundry services. The hostel for commerce and computer applications student same. One room consists of three bunl beds and an attached bathroom to be shared by six student. There is also air conditioning provided which turns pn from 6pm all the way till 6am. The food is also very good and prepared with high hygiene and consideration. There are veg and non veg options depending on the students diet

The admission process was quite simple as you can register or apply through their website. The application fee was 26000 rupees of which 1000 was the application fee and the rest they would allocate in the tuition fee and uniform fees for the first'semester
