Course Curriculum Overview

I had taken it which is the best option here after cse. Everyone is there to help you with your ideas and practical knowledge is like everyday you are having practical of what you studied in last lecture then practical for it.Our college had very supportive instincts for those who wants to do something new. This year only my classmate had started new site know as kiraepe.com which is awarded as the amongst the better startups by state govt.

Internships Opportunities

Internship you have to search for your own. Only TCS takes the students from the institute and gives a reasonable stipend variable every year.

Placement Experience

In my batch it was 100% almost for it and cse students only one or two students didn't got placed else everyone was placed. The mass recruiter is TCS and many other companies visit here like wipro,Infosys,meditab,aurigo,Adobe,tcl,smartprix,matrix care and many more. Average package is 3lakhs Although there are some students who got package of 7-8 lakh but that's upon your skills.

College Events

There are various branch wise fest like fiti,Lorri etc and combines cultural fest ENCORE and also sports fest SHOURYAVOTSAVA Each fest is organised with collaboration of various local sponsors and the major part spent from our college fund so that no short coming occurs when it comes to the fun and amusement of the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is very much low I should say almost half of what you pay at a Private institute. Tuition fee 48825 T&p 2000 Security (refundable one time only) 4000 That's it. If you opt for hostel than Hostel fee 10500 Mess 32000 Hostel management 3000

Fees and Financial Aid

State govt scholarship is there which refunds you tuition fee for economically backward students. For loan Vijaya bank is there to support you and I should tell you that I myself had studied on loan.

Hostel Facilities

1year = four seater 2year= 3seater 3year = 2seater 4year= 1seater The rooms changes as per you year. The fee is 10500 without food. For mess, you have to pay 32000 additional money. Food is of the best quality and the good thing is that if you don't like it you can request a change of staff which is done instantly. The food menu is totally decided by the student and yes you are provided with both veg and non-veg foods.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Huge alumni network recently alumni of 1992 were there at college and had motivated us a lot and they are very help full and always ready to be your mentor in any situation. There is a alumni page and group where you can directly contact to the alumni.

Faculty

Faculties are of world class and everyone is having years of experience and knowledge too. There are universe of knowledge u only should know how to gain the knowledge from this universe

Likes

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Placement Experience:

placements were fine companies that were coming at the college for placements were mostly non tech and tech jobs were very less .Off-campus opportunities were better. i would rate it 2/5 . the companies approaching were also not the best

A honest review about NIET(fees, internship,faculties,placements,and everything you need to know before joining)

Likes

The quality of study is very appreciable. As our syllabus is very updated. Also the practical knowledge in colleges very good as well.
New buildings for 1st year as to prevent ragging is a very plus point. This prevent first year student from ragging and also give them a very friendly and good environment as well.
The placements are very good as in terms of quantity and quality as well many many companies came here and also many big companies which do not come in any other colleges in greater Noida also come in NIET.

Dislikes

The one thing I decide is high requirement of attendance which is 85% attendance by this criteria we get less time in fore hours kill enhancement and learning other things.
Also the coding culture is quite not good for 1st year as well so this thing also I don't like.
The other thing I don't like is that the assignments pressure was quite high in semester one and very very much assignments was given to our branches as well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for setting in the campus placements is from 6 semester. And for internships the students become eligible from 4th semester and the internship is mandatory for every student. The companies visiting the college are quite in number. The highest placements which was offered during the ongoing placement is 44 lpa. And the average packages for company and profiles of a days 7 to 8 LP. The percentage of students getting placements are very good as 80 to 90% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get the highest placement

Likes

one of the best things about iiit Lucknow is the senior junior culture senior 8 January approachable and helpful
IIIT Lucknow has developed are reputation for its coding culture competitive programming open source project and hackettrons are deeply immediate
another unique aspect is the gender ratio which is the round one girl for every 2.5 poise compared to take institute is relatively balanced and healthy

Dislikes

compare to other reputed College Lucknow does not have very vibrant fest culture there are fewer culture music
hostel life has its advantages but the dormitories system from 2nd year onward is a big negative for many living with 8 to 12 student
most of faculty members simply come to class 11 lecture and their leave without much interest in melting student or classifying doubts

Placement Experience:

student are eligible for internship from second year and for job placement i think its from 3rd year highest is 1.45crpa avg 33lpa median is 26lpa this year around 201 from 209 get placement to that make around 96 %

Likes

I liked the teaching methods of some professors in our college .Their way of teaching is unique . In our college boy and girl ratio is approximately 5 to 1.
I also liked the ground and sports facilities of our college . Our college has 3 big grounds and a sac also a gym which has latest equipments and many more things.
The fests of our college is amazing , recently a fest called kashiyatra happened which is biggest fest of our college

Dislikes

I disliked the infrastructure of our college . Our college do not have ac in lecture halls or even there is no single ac for students in campus .
In our college the equipments in manufacturing practice are very old they are rusted and facilities don't even want to tell about those equipments. They are lazy .
Our college IIT bhu don't have their boundaries it is connected to bhu that's why clashes happened every month . Students of IIT and bhu fight every month and the service of proctor in IIT bhu is very disrespectful,they are lazy and don't take actio

Placement Experience:

Our college IIT bhu provides placement at end of year companies came for hiring students and hire them . Our IIT has 2nd rank in terms of placement in all iits. At the end of 3rd year students became eligible for campus placements. Our college also provide internship in third year companies came for internship in our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a high paying job in india and give financial stability to my family. Approximately 70 percent students get job in placement sessions.

Our college provides the training that includes DSA , soft skills and verbal & apptitude that the best for students for placements
The first year faculty of our college is very good and experienced having their phds
Our college infrastructure is also not that best but it's s above average, good water and electricity included Ac classroom provided by our college

Dislikes

The faculty of 3rd year isn't experienced they all are new teachers having 1 or 2 years of experience
They call students to come to college at placement time for regular classes due with we can't prepare for our placements
They take exams every months that I really don't like.

Placement Experience:

In our college I think placement are average, the average package is 4 lacks per annum. And the highest package is 34 lacks per annum.in the 2025 batch.There are approx about 60% of ye students get placed and some are left In the last of 6 or 7 semester students are eligible to sit in placements In our college the company that visit are finsol , commevault, nippons, hcl , juspay,etc.

Companies Visit every semester for placement and training. The student is Eligible for Placement from 4th year ( last year ) . But from 3rd students are eligible for Intership. The placement is very good, Mostly talented students got job easily. The avg package is 6 lpa. And highest is 52 lpa.

Inside Experience of my Time in University

Likes

I really liked learning in the Electrical Workshop. The Smithy Shop and the Welding Shop were my favourites. The Faculty there, were truly very enthusiastic and not stressful. The Electrical Workshop helps us to learn the hands on skills, of labour.
I liked the Cultural Fiesta, which is an Annual Event, where different Artistic, Technical and Sport Activities were prevalent. My favourites were Jam, Debate, Artwork, Basketball, Skits and Corner Plays, Creative Writing Sessions, Onstage activities
I liked the beautiful diversity and greenery of my University, different departments, crossing one another, everyone is friendly with one another. No unnecessary mess, during the class sessions, and there were not any such restrictions while we skip.

Dislikes

I did not like the high fees structure, which surrounded with our Course, as Btech is a vast expanded course, that requires more practical skill mastery, rather than theoretical study. I think the fees structure must be revised for deserving students
The Faculty were pretty knowledgeable, but I guess they did not put their knowledge into full action. Only a few Teachers focused upon enlightening the students with profitable learning. The use of resources and knowledge is indeed must for such.
In comparision to the high fees structure, I realised that the internship and campus placement opportunities were not adequate, to amass all the departments and their students. A Company Campus Pool is not something for both Commerce and Engineering

Placement Experience:

Placements are both on and off-campus based. Placements are usually common for both IT and Non-IT students, Technical or Non-Technical. Students become eligible, in their final years to pursue internships or acquire placements. Usually students from Computer Science and Engineering avail more placement opportunities. The Medical Department have more options of Employability. Companies like HCL, Byju's, Extramarks, IBM and other local companies like Stambh Power Systems, Pieinfocomm and others have arrived. But the placement ratio needs to be increased. Off-Campus Placements are more successful. Highest Package can be 8lpa CTC to average package be 2.5lpa CTC, with profiles of assistance and associates. Atleast 30% students get placed on average. My plans are based on Learning in different ways.

I would like to inform uh that electronic and communication is a very good trade to choose. So many carreer opportunities if you will go in in industrial area, or in government sector. Make some connections with ur seniors others it is tough to enter in industry for freshers.

I choose this college as it is autonomous and government funded institute. This college holds first position in terms of ranking in all aktu colleges in UP.
