placements are also very good here 60-70% student do get placed here

Dislikes

college is really very strict like you have to always think of not to break the rules else UMC will be filed against you
NoNonveg is allowed here which is not good i think it should be allowed
if the class size would be small it would be great and student intake also must be reduced

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are well educated and they have already done a phd degree the curriculum i am choosing is in demand so i have choosen the frequncy of exam is quit a lot they take many CAs thier teaching can be applied to real world practices like we can easily create projects using the concept

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

after completing the 1st sem of the 3rd year we can give exam of different company and after clearing the written exam(coding) we can apply for next round where we can show them our projects and they will ask them few question after then you will be informed wether you are selected or not in that specific company

Fees and Financial Aid

Course it although less costly after the scholarship but the hostel prices are really very high like they take 90k for 3 seater non ac 80k for 4 seater non ac and there are apartment which are still very costly jobs are given as club member no stipends are provided but u get to learn a lot

Campus Life

campus life is great here like there are always fest going on it is not a dry college always there will be a singer or actors who would be firring the stage student enjoys a lot in this big 600acres college with well equipped ground for sports and other curriculam

Admission

admission process in LPU was very smooth we have to give the LPUNEST or we can be qualified on the basis of jee and scholarship is provided upto 30%You need to score at least 60% in English, Maths, Physics to get admission in this college. After the seat booking of 10k, you have to submit a lot of documents like income affidavit and your 12th and 10th mark sheet, etc.here are CA's midterm and endterm to test the student."

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.
