The infrastructure is good and awesome .
Diversity is good in the campus and security is also good .
Placements was good and package was also good.

Dislikes

Fee strucutre is a bit expensive for the students
Hostels are very costly and a bot expensive to afford
Sometimes you feel like you are been jailed

Course Curriculum Overview

The Lpu curriculum for btech cse lpu struck a good balance between relevence and comprehensiveness. The focus on [ industry certificates, practical projects]. initially drew me to the course. These elements felt like valuable.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 210000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities at LPU are good . There are some campany partners for the lpu and some branches are collabrates with the other online educational companies. Like my friend was in datascience and the branch was collabrated with upgrad.

Placement Experience

The placements will be good in number. And the average was around 7 lpa now it is increasing now. In the last year the university was had a good number of placements. In the last year the companies of 1000 were visited.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for the lpu differs from preson to person . Lpu management will conduct a lpunest exam if you got good marks in that test then the scholarship will be given. There will be 3 slabs ,1st slab will be above 80 percentage and 2nd slab will 70 percentage, and 3 rd will be 60 percentage.

Campus Life

My experience with this campus life i quite good. There will be be some events that you can participate in it. The infrastructure my university is good . The classes are seperated in the byod classes and normal classes

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is poor in my university. The fees for hostel was quite expensive . The fees for the 4 seater is about 90k /year , and mess fees is around 40k. it is very expensive but mees food was average.

Admission

In the admission process for B-tech cse at lpu was quite streamlined, though there's room for improvement. Eligibility for most courses requires a minimum of 60% marks in your 10+2 exams with relevant subjects. Applying is done online with the application window typically opens in a month .

An honest look at campus

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro,cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed.The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

SLIET longowal has well structured curriculum as per new education policy with well structured labs. to prepare for real world, college provide funds for startup and also motivate students to gain industry exposure. Many improvements can be done in curriculum like integration of cutting edge technologies, smart board, digital labs. There are three exams per semester two minors which take place in month of august and september and major or end sem exam in month of october, the timing of exam was from 1 pm to 4 pm. the difficulty level of exam is moderate

Placements in lovely professional university is decent and dont know much about it as i am in 1st year only but there were mandatory Placement classes for all which you need to select in 1st year only for which you need to pay extra 20k for the classes.

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
