Admission

Faculty

3.5

Observing faculty in action is a good way. The observation of the faculty member could be conducted by the department head and also by colleagues at different times. A rubric/checklist should be prepared in advance and needs to be filled during the observation. The most important thing is to do both announced and unannounced observation visits. The faculty members should expect both to happen. Another way for evaluating faculty performance is by using a self-evaluation, usually done in the form of a video that the faculty member shoots of himself/herself in action. After they are done taping a class they taught, they can view their video and then reflect on what they did well and what things they need to change. The reflection could be done individually or with the guidance of a colleague or a department head or a mentor, etc

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.
