- Teachers understand student's condition and don't force for attendence, attendence on practical exam and theory exam only matters.
- College conducts NCC and Sports competition.
- Campus is vast, also divided in two campuses namely Old and New, so you will need a week to see whole University.
Dislikes
- Sports infrastructure is not well developed in New Campus.
- If you be regular or want to stay in hostel and want to do serious study for graduation, may be you should opt for other college
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to go in defence, and defence exam comprises 10+2 level questions mostly, not much from graduation, it's not very difficult course and just 3 years and you are a graduate. Also subjects are easy. Most Goverment exam ask for GS-GK, English, Current affairs, so course may come handy at that time.Also you can become professor or teacher if you do BEd along. First semester is boring, but as you enter second, third... so on. You see their relevence in day to day life. As per NEP 2020, in every six months there is a semester exam, meanwhile quiz and mid term test is also there, so like every 2 months there is one exam or test. Which is easy to moderate, nothing tough.
Fees and Financial Aid
I scored well in 12th, so got name in GAS list, so had just to pay 2700/- for one year. If you are Rajasthan domicile, or from OBC, SC, ST or scored good in 12th, then may get scholarship from state government. There Mukhyamantri Chhatravarti Yojna (5000/-), Kalibai Bheel Scooty Yojna (for girls only). There are no internships in this college, you can not expect anything more than a graduation, if you want to pursue PhD, then it's upto your capabilities, how much you take advantage of things.
Campus Life
There is sports trials for competition, Rajasthan literature festival, NCC parade, debate competition and lecture competition. Library is vast ,you will get many books, newspapers though books are old. Class have normal school type boards, except in music and masters classes for obvious reasons. Many chances are provided within a year for sports and extra curricular activities. Many students want to get into politics, so you will see many young students trying to impose themselves as leaders. So is the case with their Whatsapp group.
Admission
For BA, you should have passed 12th from any recognised board, college gives notification on their web, the higher your marks the less you will have to pay for your course. There is no entrance exam. You should have state caste proof certificate, to avail reservation.
Faculty
As it's government college, so most of the teachers are qualified and expert at their faculty. They are helping by nature, you can get their number, ask for notes or queries off the college. They make quize test and made term test easy, so you don't need to study hard to pass. Semester exam is a bit moderate, but they will help you in that as well, you may ask important topics, how to write paper etc. Which will be fruitful.
