Going through my university.

My course was mathematics honours. The curriculum was pretty good and it is relevant to what I came here for. They teach each and every subject with full understanding along with their practical uses. They also motivate students to get part in extra curricular activities in order to enhance their moral and to grow in other parts also. The area of improvement in course curriculum and teaching method is that they should more focus on teaching the students by the real professor not by the scholars there. The timing and frequency of exam is pretty maintained and the difficulty level I would say is moderate.

Infosys, Cognizant, TCS altas and many other neighbouring companies come for searching the staff here and roles are varied from the department to department. As of BCA they mostly get service sector job. As of BTech they mostly get software engineer job and some of them go for the ethical hacking and data science machine learning. If an student outperform in science project then he got prizes but as far as I know there is no stipend.

As per the placement most replacement work done from the BTech department. And there are many companies who give their advertisement for the recruitment and they take a test in which last semester student or the student who has just fast are eligible. So placement are offered mostly in engineering department but some companies also post advertisement for many other department like BCA ,BBA ,Bsc and Msc. Highest package round 8 to 9 lakh. The average packages round 4 lakh. The percentage of student getting placement is not high but it is around 60%. I want to pursue my career in data science.

The fee structure is like that you have to pay your fees every year and the exam fee has to be paid every semester. The tution fees generally is not increase that frequent but whenever it does all the students are informed about it. My tuition fee of all 5 year is around 40000 and as I am leaving in hostel approximately I have to pay 15000 per year for the hostel so approximately assuming a extra expense of 1000 rupees per month ,in 200000 my all course will be completed. There are so many scholarship that and student can avail, I don't know that much about them but they are many. As per the earning opportunities there is a scheme earn while learn that is undergoing in the university under which you can work just 2 to 3 hours (Basic work) a day and you can get paid round 2000 to 3000 rupees per month or that. Whenever a student get a position in class they get paid for that. As per the extra curricul activities there is also good rewards.

My own experience with camp life is life is good. There are so many festivals like Holi , Diwali and extra curricular activities like youth festival. Many other activities held in this university but I don't know that much about them because I am not much involved in them. Most of the books ,ebooks , magazines ,newspaper are available for every student in this university but there are some research papers and some specific books that are only allowed for the phd students. They are specific teams and groups for each and every sports like Tennis ,football ,cricket etc. No there are so many students who has YouTube channels and social media group and they provide a good information about the University exams uphealding events and many other things it generally helps a lot of student and their day to day college life.

While you get in hostel you are given 2 beds,2 tables , 2chairs ,2 celling fans along with two almiras (1 per student). Quality of male hostel is not up to standards. The menu is good for the girls hostel compared to boys hostel. The quality of food is poor and must be upgraded. While getting admission you get Hostel form , you have to fill it and submit at your department. Then based on the distance of the student house from the university a merit list is out and as per the seats availability the hostels are provided to the students. Basic average price of PG around University is 6000 and room is around 8000.

Once the registration forms were opened. Then the entrance dates were disclose as per the students selection of cources. I selected the mathematics on our school. Entrance was held for my course that was fully based on mathematics. I took entrance then the result was declared. After that all the students who have passed the entrance were called in the university and based on the seats availability we get the admission. I am from general category so I have not availed any reservation benefits. There is no issue with the timing of exam and the level of difficulty. The exams are pretty balanced and well maintained. The area of improvement an admission process is that they must take less time in declaring result and during each type of the admission process.

The faculty is pretty qualified here. All the subjects professor are master of there subject but sometime instead of professor schoolers who are doing PHD under those professors teach the students that's not good. Faculty to students ratio is not a problem here as the teachers are much as per student. As I mentioned the way of teaching by the Professor is excellent but schooler are not good in that. They are available any time to interact that's the best part.
