Academic wise one of the best colleges in Bangalore. Small campus but with everything you need. Right in the middle of the city so everything is available in your reach. Metro station just 100m away. The management of the college is very good and helpful.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculums are from the VTU bored. It was previously a little outdated but now they are modifying it to meet the current need of companies. Yes, it is relevant and research driven. It is fair as you are evaluated by a third party during your exam time.
Placement Experience
Placements go for the full one year during your last year and most of the well-reputed companies come for the recruitment process. Average salary goes till 4-5 lakhs and companies with packages more than 10 lakhs also come. Yes, companies come specifically for an internship also and give good stipend money.
College Events
There are various clubs in the college and all of them do events accordingly. There are events going on every month in the college by some of the clubs and there is an exciting competition as well. The college fest of Manthan is also there which is of two days where famous celebrities come and it is a thing to witness.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure of the college during my time was first, during counseling you have to take a DD of 50000 and at time of admission in a particular college, you just have to pay the rest amount in the college. My total fee excluding the hostel and everything was 1.78 lakhs. This is only the academic fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Defense person can get a kind of scholarship from the defense if they provide their mark sheets along with the fee receipt. Each year a scholarship of 20000 is provided by them to support your education.
Campus Life
Campus life is very good. There is a strict policy against ragging and incidents of ragging are null. Seniors and juniors mingle around quite nicely. The gender ratio is pretty balanced as the number of girls and boys are the same in most of the branches. Different extracurricular activities take place like trekking etc. They have labs for all your requirements.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, senior students are very helpful during your placements time and they even guide you. There is an alumni network where students who passed out have registered to so you can contact them.
Admission
I gave come-k exam and score rank of 1411. After that based on your ranking they will give you a counseling date with appropriate time and at that time they will show you the different colleges and branches available there with the number of vacancies. After this when your turn comes you just have to select the college along with the branch you want.
Faculty
They are different ways to access the faculty. Majorly you can just visit the cabin of the respective faculty as most of them are there in college till 5 pm. You can even contact them through their WhatsApp numbers or email address they provide. There are WhatsApp groups as well and an app is also available in the play store which has all the names and phone number of the faculty members.
