Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very nice. The computer engineering course allows us to go into the industry the diploma or else you can do engineering. The course allows us to go in the industry for an internship. It also offers more information than a degree.

Internships Opportunities

There are company which come to the campus for internship opportunities. Companies like Jala Technologies SpacECE India Foundation Yash Consultant etc. The project may vary from student to student.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees are total 66,000. And the college doesn't have the right to increase the fees unless the MSBTE tells the college. There are different scholarship opportunities for student to avail of it. For example EWS. Minority. Obc. And many more. In EWS's case, the government gives 30000 as compensation to the college and we have to pay only 36000

Campus Life

The college organizes the technical hackathon in November. The annual sports day is held on December end after the exams And the annual day is held in March. There is a wide range of books In their library. We can access the library anytime within the college hours. There is the Internet. A projector in every class. And CCTV camera. The college held different sports like cricket, badminton etc. Student runs the student Council. The event management. Etc.

Admission

The Eligibility for courses may vary from college to college but the minimum percentage is 76. To find the application form there is the website of MSBTE on google. The website opens from May end to august. If you took the Reservation your name will come in the first list. That depends upon your percentage. You can apply for a diploma after 12 also for direct 2 years. the exams are held in December and May. According to sem. Even sem like 2,4,6 are held in summer and odd sems like 1,3,5 are held in winter. The admission process is too long

Faculty

The Teachers are highly qualified. They are very nice to students. You can often approach the teacher for any doubt within the campus. The teacher will lot of writing material. Instead of bringing print, they tell us to write and bring. They tell us if you don't listen to us. They will deduct the marks

Placement Experience:

Placement strategies is different for every department. Like most computer engineering students wants higher education. Mechanical, civil and automobile students not that much interested in higher education. Teachers of placement department are very active in there work they gave us more information and counseling like who have to get higher education and who gave to be placed. Students fills a google form which os about students placements, according to that they know how many students are interested in placement and higher education. Companies like TATA, VPRO and other are came for campus in our college various tests and interviews are taken then salary and other things are discussed. Many students get pass in interview. The ratio is about to 30% students get placed every years from campus.

As I have heard people mostly get placements from this college itself. If not they go for their degrees and take placement there. The salary is mostly around 5 lakhs per annum which is decent enough for most students. According to the principal from the college if a student studies afterwards for degrees this number racks up to 18 lakhs.

Go for civil engineering, because civil engineering is the branch of engineering which teaches you the most about managing people.

College I applied for viva, vartak , pr patil , sardar patel and applied 2 stream civil and mechanical. I got allotment of vartak in 3rd list , college is nearby railway stationand well experience staff and author of books, Practical are performes and all instruments are well equipped. The reason of not attending other colleges they are away from railway station. I have applied from general quota Minimum marks for applying is having more than 60% in science and maths average for general category. There no such age criteria. Admission process is conducted by DTE maharashtra , Filling form is hectic but once you filled form properly after that everything is easily done , You need all documents which you have filled in form orginal and Attested keep extra Xerox of it, And save document pdf for futher Use , Once college take document they give after pass out. I wanted to take admission in the Diploma engineering field. The nearest polytechnic college to my house was this one.
